Parking is a mess. No free parking place in the hotel garage. No parking possibility on the street. Next garage was 1km away… During breakfast only 1 sort of coffee…

The sheets on my bed looked like they were dirty and the shelf unit connected to my bed had toenail clippings in them which was rather gross. Other than that the room and bathrooms were very clean! It also would have been nice to have an extra socket to plug things in or a usb plug!

The bed was nice to sleep in and the room was arranged in a nice manner. Very spacious rooms!

The room was clean however the toilet caused really laud noise (problems with water reservoir) which didn't let us sleep well. But at the same time we had no desire to ask for another room at night.

The location is very good, the personnel was friendly and helpful. The restaurant recommendation from the administrator was super. The room was clean and cosy.

The location is a bit far from the main tourist things, and the closest metro and tram stations are a bit of a walk away. Take this into consideration if your are in Vienna for a short time like I was

The location is not central. It was 10 mins to metro and train by walk. Then, you can go to wherever you want.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean. The room includes private bathroom which is an extra. They also have kitchen to cook your own food.

The washing machine didn't work while staying there and the iced tea that I bought from them was a bit pricey. Although I liked the card key idea for the room it becomes a little uncomfortable when sharing room with others and the person who has the card key inside the holder leave the room because then all the power is off so another needs to put their card.

I loved how much space my room had and the fact that it includes soap and hairdryer. The hotel is pretty near to the city center and it's close to a Supermarket. Also, the staff were very helpful and nice. The shared kitchen although it was small it had pretty much the utensils I needed. The room was clean and has a lot of space and big windows. They cleaned every day the room and it included towels.

The beds were clean. I didn't use the shower, but the toiled was clean. There were two towels, a big and a small one. The beds have sockets and lights. The bedsheet was clean. I liked that there was no general light above the beds, so when people came in they didn't turn the light on above you when you're sleeping in the night.

We were staying at 7th floor so the room was kind of small and also the window shutters allow lot of morning light in, making sleeping difficult after 7.

It was at a very good location, near two metro stations. There was always a staff member at the reception area, ready to help you. The room was clean.

I don't know why my room doesn't have lights, just in the toilet and entry door. I informed in the reception and nothing changes.

One night there was fire alarm right after midnight and we spent half an hour outside, and nobody told us what is going on, what are waiting for, so that's a minus.

It was very nice stay. Rooms were clean, receptionists helpful, nice view from 6th floor, and overall location close to the city center and public transportation - perfect!
