We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Austria! The place was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable—perfect for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the large TV was a big hit for family movie nights. Access to the garage was a huge plus, especially with the unpredictable weather. Another bonus was how close it was to a Billa supermarket—just a short walk away, which made shopping super convenient. Getting to the city center by car was quick and easy as well. Overall, a fantastic stay. We would definitely come back!

Cozy apartment. Very clean. Good value for family stay. Perfect if you have car. Free parking available and you can access from the garage to the elevator. We enjoyed our stay and check in explanation was perfectly explained. Thanks.

- strong cigarette odor on the towels. Don't think anybody smoked in the appartments, probably they are kept or washed in building where smoking is allowed. That is the only minus

+ clear photos, no more millions of closup photos of decor, you'll get what you see on that photos + excellent beds, for the first time in two weeks during our trip I had good deep sleep + very through instructions how to find the appartments + shower with good water flow + inner courtyard + garage included + you can get to the center by tram or train, stations are near, 2-3 minutes of walking

the apartment was modern, clean, located in a good and quiet location. there is a relatively large terrace, which brightened our stay. Owner Klaus was also nice. I definitely recommend this apartment and would love to return there in the future

It is a lovely apartment, with very cozy, comfortable beds, and a kitchen with all facilities included, clean and quiet. Check-in is effortless, and the check-in instructions really helpfull. The closed garage was a big plus for us, real big and safe. The bus and tram station are just in front, also downstairs there is a pharmacy and a Billa shop. The subway was just a 15-minute walk away. Highly recommend.

The apartment was a little out of the way, so it took us a bit by public transit to get into the city centre.

Very tidy and clean apartment in a very central location. All windows open to the back yard and therefore it is very quiet day & night. The furnishing is modern & well maintained. Highly recommend the apartment!

Very clean and spacious apartman. There is everything you need for your stay. Undergroud secured garage with the elevator that take you to your floor is big plus(very rate to find in Vienna). Communication with the host is excelent. Big open terrace excelent for morning coffe. Market 30m from the building,bakery 100m,tram stop 50m.
