The self-check in although works very well requires a lot on information that has to be entered over and over again (a bit annoying when traveling with family members that share the same address).

Super clean, self check-in, very large room with an extra kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils for a medium stay. It was very quiet and right across the street there is a bakery that serves nice breakfasts.

I did not get to stay here due to over booking. I did not know about over booking until I arrived at the premises and the owner Schmid advised me that he had contacted B.Com re same and that they should have let me know. He was apologetic and went about sourcing alternative accommodation for me. This was done and Schmid brought me to new accommodation and got me checked in. It was a little bit removed from where I wanted to be but nothing serious. Based on my dealing with Schmid, I am happy to recommend this premises.

The limited car park spaces were a minor inconvenience, although ample spots were available on the road outside the main entrance. Maybe some extra coffee pods and also tea bags in the kitchen would have been better.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Motel22 in Vienna. The studio was impeccably clean and cosy, with a thoughtful touch of Manner Wafers on each pillow. The room size was perfect, and the well-equipped kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The self-check-in and checkout processes were effortless, adding to the convenience of the stay. The reasonable price makes it a great value, especially for travellers with a car.

Self checking is OK, and there was little mixup from the guest in front with issuing of RFID. What I did not like is that I asked in front of stay if EV charging was included and free, and got the answer it was. Unfortunately, I was not able to charge and looked as it was paid service for AC price like for fast DC charging, no staf was available during the stay to assist as reception was empty.

Parking and accommodation were great. Breakfast across the street and bus station near the motel. Very nice and recommended. Would love that the EV charging option was as communicated in front. Very clean room and comfortable bed.

Didn't really enjoy my room. Room 108 is really noisy and cold, because it was right on the corner and you had 2 exterior walls, you could hear everything that was happening outside (too close to the parking lot). You need to have a reception open, in order for the cleaning personal to know that your room has been checked out or not. Why isn't there anybody at the desk? We tried multiple times...

You need to have a reception open. There was a problem regarding the payment that was already made but when we tried to check in the system said that it wasn't. Fortunately it was quickly solved when we called the number on the reception door.

What we absolutely loved about the hotel was the the big and comfortable bed in our room, quite spacious bathroom, soft carpet on the floor and everything was very clean. Car park is comfortably located, but it requires to check on Maps how to get there. Finally, big advantage was the check-in machine. Everything went quick, without problems and within 3 minutes we had the cards to the room. The bakery in front of the hotel is great place for breakfast!

Clean apartment, warm and spacious. You can self check-in at the automat next to the reception. If you have a car you can drive to P+R Erdberg (11 min) and park there for 4.10€/day and access the city centre with U3 (7 min) - single ticket 2.40€, 24h ticket 8€.
