The room and the bathroom were quite old and really dusty. The cleaning was not made properly. The second bed for my child was a bunk bed which was extremely uncomfortable.

Location of the Hotel is good. The staff was friendly and helpfull.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived even though checkin began two hours earlier. The extra cot given for our son was broken. The front desk did offer to resolve the situation immediately. The bathroom walls seemed unclean even though the sink, bath and toilet were clean.

Helpful and friendly staff who took the extra effort to take care of extra requests such as microwaving some food. The location is very good for exploring the old part of the city. The breakfast was good.

The staff on the day of our check-in was very cold. No smiles, no greetings, nothing. She was very not helpful and just seemed to hate her job. The other lady during check-out however was lovely.

The location is very perfect, only a couple of minutes by foot to the city centre. We also found the room to be modern and quite spacious for the price.

Small basic room, not very suitable for long stay.

Small hotel on an excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and warm, we stayed for a night with small kids. The buses stop literally in front of it and it is super close to the city center (we had 4 y old with us).

We found it frustrating that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. If you wanted a coffee you had to go to reception and they could get you one from the breakfast bar, but as we were on the 4th floor it was too much hassle. They do have a bar there, but it was either not open or you could only have a bottle of beer or a wine which had to be served by the person on reception so it was not ideal. People were hanging about waiting for her to finish her work on the counter before serving the limited drinks in the bar on a Friday night so it was hard for her too, and it was not her fault!

Hotel is in a great location to visit all the major sights on foot. Staff very helpful, room was clean although some items were a little tired and some stains on carpet. No shampoo supplied just generic shower gel, but a nice little kit with nail file and sewing kit was a nice touch.

The breakfast was good, but too expensive. The TV was broken one night in my room (but I got a reduction in price because of that).

Personal was very friendly and helping. The place is relatively easy to get at from the airport.

Kettle is not provided, you may have problem in getting hot water, though front desk can help but there are times nobody at the front desk and restaurant (breakfast place) not opened 24 hours for us for hot water (the coffee machine there).

The location is good, as several tram stop and bus stop of different line just right in front the hotel. The room come with basic necessities. You can directly purchase the Salzburg card from the front desk, Convenience for in house guest

The room was quite basic with no fridge or coffee/tea maker. The staff was friendly but the desk was only staffed from 09:00 to 17:00. We didn't take the breakfast but it looked quite basic for 19 EUR. If you want to eat at restaurants you will have to walk into the old town (~10 minutes walk).

Clean room with a large and comfortable bed, very close to the tunnel to walk or bus into the old town. Easy to get to by bus from the train station. Luggage storage available before check-in and after checkout. Good value compared to other rooms in Salzburg.

The double room is large but very basic. There is a hair dryer but no fridge and no cups, kettle or tea or coffee. Air conditioning consists of 2 portable units. One didn't work.

The hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. Towels are changed daily. The reception staff are very helpful. The location to Old Town is perfect. Just a 5 minute walk. It is ideal if you want a no frills stay. The airport is a 15 minute taxi ride away and the train station is walkable in 20 minutes.
