Apparently there was an accident with hot water supply just before my arrival. I was informed at the lobby that the problem is resolved, but I realized that it still persists only next morning when trying to take a shower. The hot water jet was too weak... Fortunately, the personnel reacted quickly and hot water supply was restored in less than half an hour.

I'm quite often staying in this hotel, and my impression does not change: it deserves its 4 stars. It has everything what you expect from this class of hotels.

Last niight of my stay and I came back to find toilet bowl brown and the water from the tap coming out brown. Also, a sheet of immodium had been moved by the cleaner from a table in the room into the bathroom. The staff explained the brown water was due to repair works during the day and that they would look into the cleaner. Apart from that everything was great, although there was no iron in the room.

Great location, close to metro station, but plenty of cycling or running opportunities along the river. Bed was very comfortable. Had to stay on for two nights and the staff allowed me to keep the same room.

Very expensive parking next to the hotel, so I parked my car in the Austria Centre (15 min walk). Recommended!

Hotel is just around the corner of the Vienna International Centre (VIC). They have excellent breakfast and very quality and friendly staff.

I booked a room with an extra large bed but it actually had 2 single beds pushed together - not ideal for a couple! Breakfast chef struggled to cook an omlette but he was very young.

This is a very comfortable and professional environment. Everything is clean and works as expected. The staff is very good and attentive. Perfect for business in the VIC or the wider area with great connecting, a healthy breakfast and a quite place to relax after a long day at work.

Very easy access from the airport. Go to Bus stop No. 09 and take Vienna Airport Line Bus 03 in the direction of Donauzentrum and get off at Julius Payer Gasse stop. The buses run every hour. The return journey to the airport is from the doorstep of NH Hotel and the buses run 05 minutes past the hour. Great location and short walk to Westfields Shopping Centre at Donauzentrum. Easy train access to Vienna city from Alte Donau station near the hotel. The room was good size and very comfortable. The pre-arrival online check-in allows you to select your room. The only drawback was having to spend nearly 25 minutes to check-out as there was a large tour group at the reception and only one staff member working.
