Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IsraelI’m not sure it fits someone who came to Vienna for the first time and wants to be in the center of everything. As you still need to use a tram or to walk to Innerstadt for around 25 mins. Anyway, it’s a pleasant walk as this part of Vienna looks lovely. The internet connection might be better. The breakfast is a bit pricey. There are better options for this or even lower price in the city.
That’s not the first time I stay at this hotel for the last 10 years. It’s very consistent and keeps its standards. The staff is professional and friendly, everything is very clean, the rooms are relatively big and it’s a good value for money. The hotel looks nice, it’s located in a renovated historic building in a lovely and safe district. The 1st district is just in a 25 mins walk, Belvedere - 2 mins walks, Stadt Park - 15 mins walk. There’s a tram stop almost in front of it and a train station is around the corner (so, it’s easy to get to/from airport).

BulgariaIt would've been nice to have breakfast included in the price, as the breakfast would've cost us almost as much as the rooms themselves.
I'll start with the fact that if you stay at NH Wien Belvedere, you'll have the amazing opportunity to stay at a magnificent building that dates back to 1888. I particularly liked that the unique atmosphere and charm of the building has been preserved. It's super close to public transport stops, the Belvedere palace and the centre of Vienna. Besides that, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need for a perfect stay. The staff was kind, welcoming and helpful.

AustriaReally very minor criticism: I actually checked in online beforehand and to my surprise it still took longer to check in at the main desk than in other hotels without prior online check in. Also I could choose for a room during online check in, but received another one at the main desk. Which is fine to me; i did not remember the room I chose anyway.
Nice building with an interesting history. Nicely located near Belvedere and Botanical Gardens. Very near to Rennweg station and also main station is not far. Wellness area with two saunas (steam and finnish). Nice staff. Small self-service shop in the hotel.

United KingdomThere was an app when connecting to the internet which allowed you to order extra milk Coffe etc for the room. We didn’t discover this until the last day. Reception staff could have told us about this when we went down to the desk to ask for more. This was nothing but a slight inconvenience. Overall the staff were incredibly helpful.
Hotel was in a very good location. Minutes away from the train and tram stops. It was very clean and warm. Overlooked the back and very quiet We Opted for a green stay so were given vouchers instead of having our room cleaned.

RomaniaEverything was very old. It might have been the worst looking NH we’ve been to. Our first room smelled moldy and the carpet was very dirty and stained. The second room was better. We had a bad experience with the hotel staff trying to change my credit card in advance for an amount more than the room price even though we had free cancellation and payment at property.
Good location, great staff with a spacious room and comfortable bed. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked ok when we had our morning coffee.
