While rooms are nice and there is a small mini bar fridge, I really missed a coffee machine or water boiler in the room. I was surprised that this was missing. The breakfast would have been even better if there was a "real" coffee available (not only the automatic coffee machines).

Very good and delicious food with a huge breakfast buffet and also the dinner buffet. Very nice staff and a lot of staff members so it is always someone around who can help you (or make you aware of the rather strict schedule and slots for dinner ;)). Location is perfect and facilities are perfect for young families (indoor and outdoor, close to beach). Retro style of building became stylish again over time.

Ability to stream on the tv would be a great addition, same as having various pillow options if customers don’t like very soft ones

Getting dinner was difficult - you need to pre-book (we were in peak season) so just dropping by for a quick dinner is not possible.

Excellent location, large rooms (make sure to book one with lake views) and a huge breakfast variety. Its a great place for families as well - nice private beach available.

The personnel is of varied quality - from most wonderful, warm, hard working people, doing their job to a 5* standard and truly trying to help with everything to some outright rude individuals. Also bear in mind that if you don’t speak German, not everyone will understand you and not everyone will be willing to help.

Absolutely prime location. Lake views from the rooms are to die for. Most excellent breakfast. Dinners are also very good, I believe they are worth their price and recommend to book half board. Super clean rooms - it feels like home. I believe Parkhotel beach is by far the best private beach in Portschach.

I have over 4,000 miles of cycling in Europe and have staying in over 150 hotels while cycling. Make your hotel more bike friendly. Charging 12 Euros per bike and storing them in a metal box is not bike friendly (you're the only hotel I have ever seen do this and it not convenient and it is off putting). Take a garage space or build a bike shed/garage that you give a code for access or a key. I don't have an electric bike, but some people do so you should have a charging station. I felt like if I did not use your bike box I had to leave my bike outside in the elements on a bike rack in front of the hotel. I was very upset, and the staff was nice enough to wave the fee on the bike box. The bike box is a very bad idea and not bike friendly.

The staff was excellent, and the lobby area was beautiful. Room was wonderful and comfortable. Breakfast was so amazing that I now order the tea that you served at breakfast because it was so wonderful. The bar tenders were amazing, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bath towels could have been a bit larger. Breakfast wasn't as good as expected. Its a shame that there wasn't a hospitality tray in the room.

The room was much nicer than it appeared to be online. Spacious, comfortable room. Absolutely immaculate! The view from our balcony was stunning. There was a pianists who played every evening in the hotel bar, which was very relaxing. It was also possible to order food in the hotel bar. There is a separate restaurant, which offers a daily menu. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's situated on a narrow peninsula with amazing views all around. The pool was a lovely place to spend a few hours relaxing. Christian at reception, was a very helpful gentleman, friendly and informative. Looking forward to our next visit.

As a solo traveler, I felt so welcomed and taken care of. The staff—honestly, next-level kindness! There’s even a guy who opens the main door for you… how cool is that? Everyone was incredibly warm and made me feel totally at ease. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylishly designed with several saunas and a big pool—perfect for unwinding. My room was lovely, with a view of the garden and even a glimpse of the lake. Super comfy bed, and the plush carpet? Definitely my highlight!

Clean, comfy room, big bathroom with a shower, fantastic food and amazing staff in the restaurant overlooking Worthersee. Staff is there to help you with all kinds of wishes. Kids enjoyed the huge garden with the playground and the walks on the promenade next to the lake. We will definitely be back.

Lovely place. Stunning view on the lake. Very kind and helpful staff. The real surprise was the dinner. Excellent food well prepared, tasty and with innovative presentations. The deconstructed strudel dessert was unforgettable.
