The location is walking distance to Ramsau, cross-country track is right behind the house and small slope for downhill as well. But mainly the care we have got from Anna and Stephanie was really exceptional. They are so nice and caring. They really made our stay exceptional.

A wonderful place with very friendly, professional staff. We had an absolute wonderful room with amazing views. Sitting on the balcony in the evening looking at the view was an absolute joy. Easy access to Schladming and Ramsau im Dachstein. The breakfast was excellent with a wonderful choice of homemade foodstuffs. We will undoubtedly hope to use this place again in the future.

I stayed in Pension Dachsteinhof for about 1 week during winter. I can fully recommend this place. To start with, its location is very good: - close to BILLA supermarket which is good for groceries - 15-20 minutes by car from 4-peaks ski station; even closer to the Rittisberg ski station - cross country skiing trails are available just outside of its fence (50m from its entrance) The hosts are super nice, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is very good. It's a buffet with good selection of foods for muesli, including fruit salad, seeds, honey etc. You can order eggs. They serve few different types of bread, cheese and ham as well as cream cheese with and without herbs, fresh vegetables. You can have tea, coffee or juices for drinking. All in all it tastes great and we enjoyed it a lot. Our room was very nicely furnished with lots of small details that made it much more convenient / comfortable than similar rooms I booked in the past e.g. double USB sockets next to the bad, lots of hangers in the bathroom etc. The guests have large living room available with e.g. snooker table. If I ever return to Ramsau (most likely yes) I'll for sure check room availability at Pension Dachsteinhof.

The only thing I would think would be good is to put a small refrigerator in the room in order to cool the juices and perishable food that is carried.

Everything is excellent. The position of the house is perfect, if you have a car. You can easily reach the ski resorts. Peace and quiet, which is good... only if the guests are not noisy, but that is not up to the staff. Excellent and for any recommendation... Dear Žikić Serbia Novi Sad

Beautiful place, nice hosts taking care of each guest, ready to advise and help. Fresh good coffee in the morning, good breakfest, fabulous view on the mountains, very clean room. quiet and calm, just a few guests at the same time. perfect place. Highly recommend.
