A small refrigerator would be nice. But that is all.

The reception by the young receptionist, who also served breakfast. Spoke English very well, was quick and friendly. Made us feel welcome. Parking out in the open, was comfortable. Good wifi for free. Nice bath room. Breakfast was adequate with a nice selection of Austrian buns, cheese, cold cuts, jam and spread and a boiled egg. Good coffee and orange juice. The room was comfortable, nice view over the mountains. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The hotel is close to the highway to the Brennerpass.

No sweets with the breakfast......small lift.

The hotel is a little outside the centrum, you need a car if you want to move around. The bed were very nice, a bit hard like I like. The surroundings were very nice, lot of green gras and trees. The view from the room was nice and you got the filing like you where in the forest. Very nice for this price....

The long, narrow, steep entrance drive. The very small lift, I have a small wheelchair but had to take the footrests off to get in.

The beautiful views from the gardens and terrace.

The family of owners were very pleasant and helpful. This hotel is unique, comfortable, and clean in a quiet location with a short walk to the village center and also trails in the nearby woods.

    A bit outdated hotel

We spend 1 night as a stop on our trip to Italy. Hotel is getting outdated and some renovation would be needed. € 90 for one night is too much to my opinion. Location was nice and very quiet. Just a 10-15 minutes walk to the main street where there are just a few places to drink or eat, not much choice. Breakfast was ok but a bit cheap if you ask me.

700 m walk to restaurants for dinner. A minor issue only.

Great historic village location but still good transport to the city 15 mins. Beautiful views above the city and down the valley of the mountains. Good walking tracks and lift to close mountain top.

If they had an additional toilet would be great as tourist we need to save time as we need to start early to catch up with tourist locations.

The property is excellent well maintained and middle of lush greenery. The host lady who was attending to us was excellent. She supported us all through even arranging transport for us until we exited the hotel.

100m walking up to the hotel from the street, we didn't mind but be aware.

This small pension is a beautifully designed place, celebrating the architecture and interior design of the 1970's. Large and comfortable room, beautiful art collection. nice breakfast. if you leave your car, it's a little walk to the bus.

The walk up the drive is steep.

You need a GPS to find it but do find it! They only serve breakfast but there are a couple of good restaurants around the corner, in town. There are Alps all around you here.

We used public transportation and found that all other hotels/pensions would have been far more convenient from the bus/tram since this hotel is on the way out of the further side of town. Another hotel choice would have been far easier for meals and shopping, too. This is the furthest hotel from the town center (although you can walk to the bus and tram stops). There is a steep 100m driveway to the hotel from the road. If traveling by car, it wouldn't make any difference. Unfortunately, the same daily breakfast could use some changes when guests are there for several days (we stayed 5 days).

The mountain view from our room was very pleasant. The room was spacious and wifi worked well.

Not really a bad experience, but after 4 days the same thing for breakfast got boring. Some variety would be nice.

The Inn was nice and the owners/managers were helpful and friendly. There was a tram stop not too far away that took you into Innsbruck. You could also take the bus from Igls. There were a couple of good restaurants in town, about a 10-15 minute walk.
