This place is a scam! Never pay them in advance or better avoid at all costs! In our booking description there were two double beds and one single bed, in reality there was just one double and one single beds. When we asked the admin about it and tried to show the details of our Booking reservation, she didn’t even want to look at our phone, started screaming, cursing, throwing our luggage and accusing us of “being excessively demanding”. Then kicked us out telling to find another place to stay and said that Booking will return our money back even though this reservation was non-refundable. Eventually, we were not allowed to stay in apartment we ALREADY PAYED FOR just because we had some questions. Booking contacted the property and they confirmed that we stayed there which is a lie! As a result, Booking didn’t do anything about it. Not to mention, that this woman, who is a foreigner in Austria, told us to go back to our country, which was inappropriate. The aggressive behaviour was not understandable and totally inappropriate. I hope, one day this lady finds help in mental hospital because she’s clearly not sane!

The rooms are new, very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. There is self check-in, which is quite easy. The area is quiet. There is no problem with parking. The room s is equipped with coffee machine and toaster.

We were traveling with our kid and the reservation was for 2 adults and a bed for a kid. The room wasn't prepared, so the lady who was there by accident, had to rearrange the room. Later we noticed, that there was only 1 face towel and only 2 bath towels. We tried to contact the phone, pointed in the communication, but nobody answered. We also paid for breakfast, but have in mind, that it is ridiculous! In a fridge there was bread, 1 small butter, 2 small jams, small cheese and 2 small bottles of water and 2 small bottles of some kind orange non-alcoholic. That\s all for 2 adults and 11 year-old kid.

I didn't meet the host in person, but in the communication via messages everything went ok.

Cold: We arrived late, after midnight. We were tired, it was cold outside, and when we entered the room it was cold too. In the morning when we woke up in the room, the temperature was ok. City tax: this tax had to be paid on the spot, it was also written in the ad on booking, but I expected it to be paid by card. On the day of the reservation, the host contacted me, I received the access code and I was informed that the city tax can only be paid in cash. Not having euro cash, at 00:30 we were looking for ATMs in the area to withdraw cash because we were going to leave early in the morning. We left the money in cash for the city tax, but we didn't have the opportunity to take the rest, so instead of 5 euros we left 10 euros because that's the only way we received from the ATM. No invoice: With the reservation through booking I requested the invoice because it was a business trip, then in the conversation with the host I requested to leave the invoice in my room when I arrive because I was going to leave early in the morning, but I was told that I would receive the invoice on e-mail. 48 hours passed immediately after checkout and I still haven't received the invoice for the room. "Threats of fines": there were several posters on the walls informing us that fines would apply if you wash clothes. The same if you smoke outside on the terrace. I had to go out on the road in front of the building to smoke a cigarette with coffee, because smoking is not allowed on an outside terrace. It's...weird. These things were not mentioned in the announcement, I only found out on the spot through posters stuck on the walls.

The room is very nice and clean, bed is comfortable.

There was mix up with keys, another couple woke us up at 2am trying to enter our room. No windows and AC.

No air conditioning and it was hot you can not relax and sleep well 😡 Although it is written in booking AC available 🤷‍♂️

In description was written that have an air conditioner, but no. Was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Is forbidden to smoke an iqos in the garden. Is very stupid. The staff as very annoying.

The staff(Maria) was really nice and always willing to help. The room was clean and cozy.

Very close to the outlet. The bathroom is large. And the host was very nice!

The picture is misleading - there is no window. There isn't a door in the shower room, so the water spills everywhere no matter how careful you are during the shower.
