Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Very clear and nice apartament - great localization near to tram which will You go to center Vienna for 30-40 minutes.

Not enough parking spaces in front of the pension, but a parking space was available a little bit far.

The room could have been cleaner, glasses for drinking water in the room would be nice, vending machine accepting a credit card would work better for us
Great location close to the highway and the public transport. The room was ok for our one-night stay, good breakfast, basic vending machine where you can buy a snack or drink if you arrive late

Breakfast had a bit of a technical issue. I usually just eat muesli and there was everything I needed apart from a big spoon. There was no one to ask at the time so I had to use the little one.
Easy to get to with a car. Luckily I had enough parking space so didn't have to park at the alternative location. Room was facing opposite of the main road so the noise didn't reach me. S-Bahn is right around the corner but I opted for the metro which is some 10 minutes away walking. Shops are nearby but you can also walk to the south-of-the-city shopping center (also takes cca. 15 minutes) or drive, of course.

Parking was full and we needed to park far. Luckily, we didn’t need to move the car at 8AM, but if we needed to, I’m not sure what we would have done. Missing basic things like glasses for water.
Very convenient, elevator to reach the room, good and clean room. Breakfast is excellent.

Should have been more hot breakfast items.
Breakfast was decent. Cook even made plain omelete for us.Room was big with 4 seperate beds and was clean. Two full baths helped us. There were 2 empty car spots available when we came in the night.

Its not a bad, bad thing, but considering that it is not in the city center, and I choose it because didn't want to think about parking :) you can park a car in front of the hotel if you find a place (there is 6 parking spots). If not, you can park a 100m down the street but you have to move your car until 8AM next morning, which can be a little bit inconvenient if you don't want to get up that early in the morning. But in general, I think its not that a big of deal. METRO store is few minutes walk so that is a parking also.
Accomodation is very good. Its not near the city center, but it has a tram station next to it. Metroo station is a little bbit further, approximately 15 minutes walk. Breakfast is very good, staff is very kind and polite. We were very satisfied with the service.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this lovely place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We got a room next to the entrance. The noise of shutting entrance door could be heard clearly. As the beds were placed one wall behind the entrance. It felt like someone shutting the door above your heads. It was very disturbing and annoying.
Very nice hotel, tidy and spacious room. welcoming personnel. Breakfast was delicate. Breads were served warmly, feels like just from oven.

Only difficult thing was the parking (if you have a car). There are only 6 spots in front of hotel and you had to wake up early in the morning before 8.00 o'clock to find a new parking spot.

Liked the location, near the public transport station, comftable pillow, good breakfast. There are 6 parking slots in the front of the pension and there is an option to park at 1 minute walking.

It was very cozy place. It was perfectly clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great, there were plenty of food. The staff was nice. Also it was very close to a train station. So everything was pretty good. I highly recommend it!!

Just missed a few hooks around the room and bathroom for towels and clothes.
The breakfast was great. The rooms are spotless. Perfect location, close to the shopping centre and undeground U6 line. The badenbahn is just to the right of the hotel. Free parking.we'll be back.
