Extemly helpful personell, clean and tidy rooms, close to the city centre , parking available. It Was a good choice to book a room here.

Reception hours are limited between 14-18, not particularly convenient if you arrive for a short time.

The hotel is located in the 7th district, a charming area, young atmosphere, small shops, art, cool cafes and pubs. A 20-minute walk from the Museum Quarter. The room was clean and spacious, with a bath. Nice breakfast, just what you need to start the day. Nice staff. Hot and cold drinks plus cakes are offered free of charge during the evening.

Good locatoon close to tram system and main bus station so easy to get to and from airport and main attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfy The breakfadt was good amd pleny of it . The staff where fhelpful and fiendly. Plenty of resturants nerby

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff! Warm room and tasty breakfast. We managed to get a free parking space, excellent value for the money. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back next year!

All good, only poorly visible from the street outside, so I would add some marks/arrows.

Receptionist was able to fulfill our every wish, we even could have left the car there when we checked out, which is really appreciated especially in Vienna since it is so close to the centre. She was so amazing!

We had a very difficult time finding the facility, when we went to the address given in the navigation, we could not see any sign or writing about the facility, it turned out that it was necessary to enter into an arcade. After 6:00 pm, there are no employees left in the facility, so we had a lot of difficulty at the entrance to the parking lot, when we reached the facility employees by phone, they told us how to open the door, but I think this should have been stated at the entrance.

The location of the facility was excellent.having a private parking lot was a distinct advantage.breakfasts were very nice and delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The reception and breakfast staff. The breakfast was great good selection of food. Location was also good walkable distance to main attractions (we like walking). Free parking. Tea making facilities in the main area. All in all very positive experience.

Old floors and thin walls, so you can hearing people walking outside the room. The floors were making noises even as you walked within the room Rather small bathroom with own water heating unit - not sure if / when you can run out of hot water One of the pillows was dreadful - was more of a collection on cotton balls than an actual pillow Bed stuck next to one of the walls. Although I saw the room photos, I wasn’t fully aware of this until we went into the room. The big issue is that the dresser is placed on the same wall, so it’s a bit unconfortable for the person who sleeps next to the wall to get out the bed if the other person is also on the bed and maybe sleeping

The apartmant is very clean,the staff is very kind. I parked the car after we checked out for about 6 more hours while we are walked in the city,its not been a problem. The breakfast was very good. Thanks for all!
