The manager / owner was very unfriendly and down right rude at times, to the children as well the adults. The children's beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. The wifi was a pain because you had to keep logging back in every time your device shut off. The absolute worst thing was the parking - there was not enough parking on property for even half the guests and the owner was not helpful to find nearby parking.

The room was clean and spacious, the shower pressure was very good. There was plenty of space for families to relax in the lounge and play games or have a drink or hot chocolate.

Breakfast is good but no other meals are available. There is an arrangement with the hotel opposite for dinner although the a la carte there is good and reasonably priced.

Very pleasant hotel, good sized comfy rooms, family rooms available (ours had 5 beds) and a gym/sauna/etc area.

Nobody at reception (20:00 Sunday), and no response to ringing the bell (three times). Eventually went to the open door to what presumably are the owner's quarters and hollered. Was asked "Did you ring the bell?" No desk in room, although plenty of table space in the evening in the breakfast room. No other issues.

Good shower, rather than a bath with a screen. Good central location. Wi-fi fine (repeat log-in needed after 10 minutes idle).

The staff is really friendly and the hotel has a familiar ambiente that makes you feel welcome. The location is really good even to go to the village by train (5-6 min by walking from the train station and 20 min by train from Innsbruck) and really near the main sky slope they have in that village.

Great, friendly staff who spoke excellent English. They really go out of their way to get things right. It's a small thing, but they knew who we were - drink orders and dinners were accurately billed to the room without even having to give them our name each time. Food (breakfast and dinner) was very good. Room (quad) was big enough for 2 adults and 2 small children. Terrific place for kids - they had games, guinea pigs, kids menu. Ski storage room.

Parking was horrible! It says there is free parking but only for about 10 vehicles and this is not a small hotel! We had to park down the street every single night. It was also very expensive going to and from Innsbruck. We had friends staying in the city so we traveled there every day. 9euro toll road to get here every time. Over the whole 4 days we probably spend 80+euro in tolls!!! We discovered later that you can purchase a pass but I'm not sure how much. If you decide on this hotel GET A PASS!!!

It was a nice little town and a cute hotel and very close to the small little ski resort. If you are going to do the small resort and the big one I would suggest starting with the one here first. It's very little.

Hotel Post Steinbach was wonderful! The staff was second to none and ready to do whatever they could to keep us comfortable! Their restaurant was fantastic and the manner in which they run their hotel is like you are part of a family! It was as great for the children as it was for the adults!
