How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It would be good if there was a free shuttle to and from the airport.
The breakfast cost extra but was very worth it. Smoked salmon, cheeses, meats, fresh bread and custom made eggs and pancakes.

The surroundings are metal chimneys and containers belonging to BOREALIS , an industrial firm. The 1.5 km distance between the hotel and the Mannswörth railways stop is very unpleasant to walk.
The hotel is only 10 mn from the Vienna airport terminals and a nice shuttle can be provided to join it ( The cost is 16€). The staff is pleasant and the breakfast was good with some local grapes (I suppose).

The room next to the road noises a bit at night. The location is far from the center about 15-19km. If you have a car this doesn't matter.
What I like the most about this hotel is that all the staff gave me a very warm welcome and a friendly attitude. The dinner with wild boars was awesome. I also like breakfast, which is very healthy with a lot of dry fruits and vitamins. The room is a bit small and next to the main road, so there is a bit of noise. The location is quite far from the center. In general, everything was good.

two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed- but that is just me trying to find a negative
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Going above and beyond to ensure the stay was comfortable. Communications before arrival was excellent and they could not be any more helpful on arrival. Can definitely recommend

Even though it calls itself an airport hotel, it is 15 minutes from the airport. The rooms are not soundproof and we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway until late at night. It was not a good value, too pricey for what you got.

It’s in the industrial zone of Schwechat. Not many amenities around. However it is still reasonably quiet.
Good location close to the Vienna airport, but reasonably quiet. Rooms have cooling. Ample parking. Shuttle to airport.

Our side of the hotel had road noise starting early in the morning. Room was small for all of our suitcases to fit.
Furniture in the room was new. Staff was nice and very accommodating. We spent one night close to the airport. Arriving late at night, the manager kept the kitchen open so we could have dinner.

There are no amenities around. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. The shop next door to the hotel was closed. The hotel restaurant was closed. No pub, no small shops around. There should be some small snack bar or pub on the premises. Thank goodness we had some leftover fruit and sandwiches otherwise we would have been in trouble - especially since we were traveling with a young child. There was a vending machine in the lobby but it was cashless and it didn't work. The hotel was not cheap, so for that, it should have been better equipped with food/beverage
The hotel itself was great. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Child friendly. The sauna was excellent. It was very close to the airport (15 Euro taxi ride) which is why we chose it.
