Interior and furniture was three star, either in need of replacement or cheap. Bathrooms also so so. The whole interior is outdated and needs a complete refurbrishment. The bed in the room no 11 was terrible, old and very soft mattress. Glasses for breakfast juice could’t be smaller:(

Great location, pleasant staff, beautiful little garden with a bathing pond, very clean rooms (plus all four nights cleaned during our breakfast time - perfect!)

Nothing special, but a lift. . . it's surely an impossible dream for the historical building.

Breakfast was fine, especially black tea was fine. Bed's sheet texture was nearly the same to our home's and we felt comfortable.

Walking distance to the various Heurigen of Weissenkirchen or the Danube. Bicycles were available for an easy 5 km ride to Durnstein or 2 km to Joching through the vineyards. Chilled bottles of wine were available on site. Delightful breakfast.

Hard to think of anything serious. Car park at the back of the property took a bit of time to find but that's it. Lots of stone steps could have been a problem with a toddler but ours enjoyed the challenge.

Beautiful hotel with kind and friendly staff in a great little town in the lovely Wachau.

The bed was too soft. The bathroom is too small, at least in attic rooms.

The garden and the pool, architecture of the historic building. The attentiveness of the staff.

Bath quite slippery and not practical to take shower.

Historic building, calm surroundings, beautifully equipped hotel with all modern amenities. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. Super recommendation for restaurant (Heinzle) nearby.

Small hotel with thin walls, little privacy. Thus is expected in a small villa only mention it fir informational purposes.

Property owners who genuinely care about your comfort.

The room decoration doesn't match the hotel level... It does not look like a 140-euro room. But that's all.

The ancient building is amazing, the bed and bathroom are very comfortable, and the breakfast was almost lunch!

The location is fantastic. The natural pond is really cold but refreshing. The room was big a comfortable - annex. For a couple with a pet or a child the annex is the best option. We would not be happy in the actual main building. Too many stairs .

Breakfast is really poor. And the room's decoration is not on par with the beauty of the rest of the hotel. Pillows are awful.

Nicely preserved historical building with beautiful grounds. Backyard and the pool is the state of art. Everything is made with a great taste.

Only criticism is lack of chairs in room. There was only one chair - a desk chair. No place to sit while watching TV, except on the edge of the bed. This lack of a basic comfort is not consistent with this caliber of lodging.

Near perfect lodging in a delightful little town. Glad we stayed here rather than in Krems or Melk.
