Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Located on a relatively busy street, the tram and traffic kept us awake. The breakfast room was very small and crowded. The food was okay. Some of the bathroom facilities need maintenance.
Friendly staff, good location near the highlights, beautiful park just around the corner and lots of nice restaurants, comfortable room.

-The shower drinking system is poor which meant after a 5 minute shower, I was stood in a pool of water. Please use a drain unblocker to allow for better drainage. -no smart TV with YouTube or Netflix.
-They allowed for an early check in which super convenient. Thank you. -Clean -luggage storage option after checkout -air conditioning worked well -good value for money

The staff was super friendly. They helped us with every request. Also we had some problems with the flight and had to change dates. The hotel administration was very responsive for our needs. The location is very good for Shabbat in Vienna.

Bed was a little too short for a 185 cm man in a single room.
The hotel was clean, modern, good location, breakfast was very good. It was ok, that there is possibility to check in 24h. The guy in reception was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the room is quite removed. It really took a minute to get there (up/down multiple rounds of stairs). The fridge in the room turns off when you pull the room card out, so be mindful that you get two cards; we only had one. Space was quite constricted.
Breakfast setup was great. It has everything you needed. Location is good. Very accessible to city center.

Kleenex not avaliable ..minor inconvenience overall. McDonald's walking distance & open midnight..lots of Vienna closes at 8 pm!!!!. We were surprised.
Loved staff frt desk..bfast & cleaning staff the best. Frt desk staff helpful..Daniel was tops for tour info and suggestion of restaurants. Adequate bfast....lift available...huge room and fab showers & lighting..beds on firm side ..used 2 duvets to soften. Opening windows so nice..we were kn 2nd FL. Bar area on 1st floor plus had soda. Refrigerator in room & hairdryer.

The rooms are minimal and small. They provide the necessary things, nothing more. The hotel does not provide any amenities such as a gym.
The Kosher breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff is highly efficient and polite. The staff at the front desk are very kind and helpful.

There wasn’t anything we disliked. Although there is no restaurant for evening meals, there are plenty of options nearby.
Location - quiet but with very good transport options to the centre and also the Danube. Service: welcoming and helpful. Bedroom: good size and bed was very comfortable.

The parking is far from ideal.But its almost the same in many areas of Wien.Please be prepared typically you need to buy a parking ticket by a Tobacco shop and for non locals the signs are a bit confusing and its hard to find a spot , and most probably you need to park very close to the nother car.As I remember there is a larger underground park in the area , if you eill arrive with a more expensive car but than it will be approx a km away.The room was ok but its noisy due to the tram and street traffic.its not bad but you will notice for sure.The breakfast is not good.You will find something to survive, like minimal Müsli some yoghurt and very basics but I found No eggs and hence even the coffee quality is poor-certainly a room to improve for the owners.I know its not a 5 star place but also the service felt like bare minimum here.
Its not too far from the inner city.The Hotel is located by the street where the tram line is Taborstrasse , there is also a fast food place a corner away ( Mc Donalds is ~250meters away.) So if you had a long night or couls not manage your night dinner its handy.For a quick city visit its decent in the budget range but not ideal for a couple.

The only thing that could be better is the breakfast, not just because there was no bacon like other people mentioned (I read the reviews before booking). There was lack of variety in breakfast options, for example only one type of müsli, no pancakes, the cakes and croissant were not fresh like they were like when you buy in the store a big package with longer use date. For improvement I suggest home baked cakes (not from the store) and french toast and pancakes.
The room was great, very comfortable beds, everything was excellent clean, and I recommend the rooms. The location of the hotel is also great, very close to metro station and other transport options. The public garage is also very close. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Breakfest… We knew it is kosher, but it was so poor and small variaty of food, just eggs and fruits.
Location, walking distance to city center. Room was comfortable, big enough for three person. Quit and safe neighbour.
