The cleanliness could be made better but with the price of the room It's ok and nice. Breakfast could be made better by adding few more dishes.

The hotel & restaurant are at a very nice location. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant also serves good Chinese food. The prices are reasonable and the food quantity is good. Breakfast is ok with normal dishes not very lavish. It's almost 30 mins drive from main innsbruck city.

The only soap was in the shower stall, quite inconvenient when we wanted to wash our hands at the sink. The hot water was variable and not dependable. Soap holder at sink falling off wall, but since there was no soap there, it wasn’t a problem. Restaurant closed (not indicated when booking). Dining room very attractive, but no assistance at breakfast- fully self serve. Location meant lots of traffic noise.

I just did not like the carpet in the room. Location is not so good also, very close to the road and noisy.

The hotel itself is ok, room and bathroom were clean. Staff is complicated because they only speak Chinese and German and we only speak English, so the check-in was complicated.

Good location and average place to stay. We could rest after long day in the saddle of the bicycle and continue our journey. Great breakfast with many alternatives, we could regain our energy.

We asked information during booking process, and we didn’t receive any feedback from the hotel. As we arrived, we couldn’t book for the halfboard because apparently the restaurant was closed (any mention on Booking about it), but communication in English was very difficult…the room was just ok. Fairly clean, but not shiny. Any toiletries available.

Price wasn’t too high compared to the neares area of Landeck. Position if you’re a bike traveller is good as it is on the R3/Innradweg route.

They never replied to my messages. They do not offer gluten free bread for breakfast. In fact I don't think they even know that gluten free bread exist and that some people cannot eat normal bread.

The room was comfy.

By the looks, this hotel is a traditional Austrian style with dark wooden exterior, beautiful balconies, and flower buckets around. However, it seems a bit misplaced in the middle of an industrial center, now surrounded by large furniture outlets and a bathroom furniture shop. The restaurant features Chinese cuisine (Note: the food is quite authentic; try the Ma La Dou Fu) and offers comfortable, clean rooms.

This was the most pricy accommodation of our trip but no way the best. The room was dated and the shower being in the actual room was a little weird too, no privacy if you wanted/needed it. They didn’t refill items at breakfast, so by the time we had breakfast there wasn’t much left and when asking they wouldn’t bring more out. There were also flies all over the food.

It was a large room with a nice balcony.

The Hotel is next to a furniture shop, the room was clean and ok. Staff is friendly breakfast was very good. So my result =recommendable!

Breakfast was a bit poor. Some problems in communicating with the staff who spoke no English.

The room was big and clean. We had a secure parking lot. Dinner was good. We enjoyed the trail along the river that starts right behind the hotel.

The bath-room is a bit worn out. Shower cabin didn't close conveniently. Surrounding of the hotel is not very exciting, but the place is perfectly suitable for a night stay in Zams.

The bathroom was very old but the water pressure was fine. We booked a family room. There were no curtains in the kids room?!

The view from the room was exceptional, zams is a really cute town, sad we were just travelling trough.
