Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel & restaurant are at a very nice location. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant also serves good Chinese food. The prices are reasonable and the food quantity is good. Breakfast is ok with normal dishes not very lavish. It's almost 30 mins drive from main innsbruck city.

United StatesThe only soap was in the shower stall, quite inconvenient when we wanted to wash our hands at the sink. The hot water was variable and not dependable. Soap holder at sink falling off wall, but since there was no soap there, it wasn’t a problem. Restaurant closed (not indicated when booking). Dining room very attractive, but no assistance at breakfast- fully self serve. Location meant lots of traffic noise.
Nice small room at great value. Towel dryer worked in the morning.

The hotel itself is ok, room and bathroom were clean. Staff is complicated because they only speak Chinese and German and we only speak English, so the check-in was complicated.

ItalyWe asked information during booking process, and we didn’t receive any feedback from the hotel. As we arrived, we couldn’t book for the halfboard because apparently the restaurant was closed (any mention on Booking about it), but communication in English was very difficult…the room was just ok. Fairly clean, but not shiny. Any toiletries available.
Price wasn’t too high compared to the neares area of Landeck. Position if you’re a bike traveller is good as it is on the R3/Innradweg route.

GermanyBy the looks, this hotel is a traditional Austrian style with dark wooden exterior, beautiful balconies, and flower buckets around. However, it seems a bit misplaced in the middle of an industrial center, now surrounded by large furniture outlets and a bathroom furniture shop. The restaurant features Chinese cuisine (Note: the food is quite authentic; try the Ma La Dou Fu) and offers comfortable, clean rooms.

United KingdomThis was the most pricy accommodation of our trip but no way the best. The room was dated and the shower being in the actual room was a little weird too, no privacy if you wanted/needed it. They didn’t refill items at breakfast, so by the time we had breakfast there wasn’t much left and when asking they wouldn’t bring more out. There were also flies all over the food.
It was a large room with a nice balcony.
