The Room was not very big and bathroom tiny. The decor is very basic looking and did feel dated. The room was on the top floor which unfortunately must have been under the rooftop bar. Well past 11pm there was chairs scraping which kept me awake even with ear plugs in. It also happened fairly early in the morning a little. I expected better for a superior room.

Location is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable but did have very good cakes & bread.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, being within a few metres of St Stephen's Cathedral but in a quiet side street (where Mozart once lived), and very close to the U-Bahn, shopping areas, and innumerable restaurants. The room was generously sized for a standard room, with an ample bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and comfortable sofa. The bed was firm and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The staff were attentive, helpful and kind. The hotel would be a great choice for seeing the major sights of the city, shopping and Christmas markets, as well as the Cathedral, of course.

Breakfast was ok. Bacon was nearly raw, fried eggs were too hard. I skipped the hot breakfast and ate the bread, cereal and fruit salad. Don’t think it was worth €25 euros each.

The staff at the reception were great. Nothing was too much trouble. Also on my request for more sugar, tea and milk staff bought it up to us. Staff in the dining area were very attentive. The young girls in the roof top restaurant were very hard working. Our compliments to the chef. Very tasty To one steak. Cooked me alternative food without butter in it. A big thank you.

Nothing. Would be very nice if there was an area albeit event small in the 1st floor restaurant available for guests to enjoy just a drink and not have to take it to the lobby.

The location was wonderful as it was around the corner from St.Stephens Basilica with lots of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The room spacious, the bed comfortable, the room temperature good. A restaurant for the wonderful buffet and dinner. Rooftop bar nice bit steps to climb once off the elevator so keep that in mind,

The roof top bar was closed for 2 weeks holiday. 4th to 18th August 2025.

It was everything we could have wished for. Friendly staff, clean and in good condition. The Italian restaurant-Firenze. The rooms have thick walls and doors. There is an external steel roller shutter which can be lowered over the rooms window to block out all light and noise from outside.
