The location of the hotel was perfect, I walked everywhere in about 20 to 25 minutes. Walking distance to all main sights of interest including the meeting point for the many tours and attractions. The room was huge. There was a seating area with a mini fridge and safe. The air condition was really effective and most welcome. The wifi worked great with no problems. With the television there were only programs in German but if one travelled to the UK, there would be programmes all in English! So not a problem as there was a electronic tablet in the bedroom used for services but which one could use to access the internet for browsing which I did as I particularly enjoyed watching a black and white moving on Youtube at the end of the day! The staff were all good no problems and the check in was super smooth including the checking out process. The breakfast was continental buffet style and every taste was well catered for including a cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and baked beans. It was also a really nice touch to be able to help yourself to proseco each morning as part of the breakfast deal. The restaurant where the breakfast was served was very pleasant indeed and the staff very attentive without being overbearing. Although the restaurant is not open for other meals i.e. lunch or dinner you are able to order food at the bar which I and several other guests did. I can honestly say it was of restaurant quality, great value for money 12 euros for a 12 inch pizza which was so very tasty. I ordered twice during my stay. Very reasonable prices and great quality food. The gym was good which I used during my stay, very clean and well serviced with a good selection of machines. There was also water and towels for the use of guests. There is also a sauna on site but I did not use this myself as I didn't bring any appropriate clothing!!

For sustainability reasons, room service is only supposed to be done every two days. I think the word "sustainability" has replaced the word "cost."

Check-in and check-out were very straightforward and quick. Everything was already prepared. We didn't need room service.

It was quite a long walk into the old town, we had to take a taxi because of my disabled husband There was no milk in the room with which to make tea

I requested a disabled room, but this facility was not available. However after contacting the hotel directly, the staff ensured that we were given a room which was very close to the lift. We were very happy with our room The breakfast was very expensive

They don’t have water and ice machine at the hotel, iron for clothes, breakfast a bit expensive for what they serve.

The rooms are a little outdated, the tv does not connect to internet so the youtube button was just for show, and the room amenities itself were basic.

I liked the spacious rooms and the view from our window on the fourth floor, also very nice reception staff and the hotel, despite being out of the city center, was on a very walkable distance from it. Also a busstop just outside.

Description says that there is no air conditioner, but actually ventilation system has temperature setting so even in the middle of August room temperature was perfect.

There was nothing I could say I didn't like.

The hotel was beautifully appointed, our room was lovely and very comfortable. Location was a bit further from the city but we were still able to walk easily for sightseeing. The hotel also had a gym which I enjoyed.

Would’ve preferred closer to the centre but it was a 15 minute walk, still acceptable just in a street that it’s not very touristic, more of a pass through way

Parking under hotel with internal access, as i arrived late at night. I had a problem with the cleaning service, but the hotel was very kind and fixed it immediately with politeness.

The location is not the best if you plan on exploring by foot. The staff was not very helpful.

Nothing really

The spacious rooms, the closeness to various shops and to the old town which is only a 10-15mins walk (Amazing views from hill-tops). There’s an EV charging point just around the corner also
