Breakfast good. Location outstanding.Spa so so but seems unnecessary in summer. A truly fantastic place to discover and stay. Great place to stay for day trip to Hallstatt and Salzburg.

The only thing that they need to work on is the breakfast, we would barely call it breakfast as it really has literally nothing to to eat, so next time my advice is to book without breakfast and save some money, whilst you go eat anywhere outside with more variety.

The location was marvelous, the staff were were extremely friendly especially the receptionist called Nadine. In the evening, we had the dinner in the restaurant and the staff were unbelievably welcoming. The morning there was a guy that the smile never left his face and a lady with a little girl who we assume as one of the owners was extremely welcoming. The rooms given to us were extremely spacious. We loved the stay in the hotel and will definitely visit again

The only thing missing in this perfect place was hand soap in the room and a kettle with some tea and coffee in the room like in other 4 star hotels we’ve been otherwise it was amazing.

The restaurant had very delicious food! The spa was brand new and with beautiful views! Room was also very nice, the hotel felt very comfortable.

Air conditioning would be a nice to have in the future, especially in the summer.

Location is excellent, room is spacious, staff is friendly. There is free parking for guests behind the hotel. The wellness is a bit small (e.g., only ~20 sunbeds), but also very nice, especially the sauna, which has direct view on the lake. I would highlight the restaurant, we had half board and the dinner was just amazing.

It would have helped if there had been some gluten free options on the menu.

The friendliness off the staff and willingness to help with a gluten free diet. The hôtel facilities were wonderful, the infinity pool was fabulous, the décor was very artistic and the situation by the lake was perfect.

The ideal location for a quick recovery after a day at work or after a busy walk around the neighborhood. A new and pleasant spa area with terraces for relaxing with breathtaking views of the Traunsee. Beautiful private beach, nice restaurant. A wonderful room (however, without a kettle, tea and coffee, as well as without skin moisturizers, without hygiene kits in the bathroom at all, which is a bit unexpected for a hotel of this level). Except for the noted moments, it is ideal, even if you are without a car: a taxi to the center of Gmunden costs 15 euros, you need to order a taxi either the day before or 1 hour before the planned departure.

The absence of a kettle in the room and the complicated shower system left me feeling disappointed. Although the restaurant was excellent, the breakfast options were limited, and the coffee seemed lukewarm for some reason.

The hotel's location is superb; I never imagined such picturesque landscapes except in movies! The room is snug and tidy with a fantastic view from the window. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the restaurant is great!

The location is superb, the view is amazing. The staff is supernice, helpfull, and friendly. There are various, interesting program opportunities in the area. I wish I could stay more, or come back.

Very professional and friendly staff. Rooms and entire facility was very clean. Excellent location with lake just a thought of the stone away. Facility offers the beach towels for the guests. Many hiking trails with great variety of difficulty around the hotel and Traunsee. There is a boat stop in front of hotel to take a trip on lake or connect with hiking trails in the other side of the lake and visit Gmundent town center. Facility offers excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Really great experience!

The location on the lake is just superb, I have arrived late evening and for the really good price I got an upgrade to a brand new renovated room with a balcony and view over the beautiful lake. The staff was sooo nice, it felt so pleasant to stay there.

There was no air condition or anything to keep room cold , there was no minibar , there was no coffee machine, no garbage bag , no facility , very small pool , no fishery net on windows to prevent insects to come to room

But the food :\ After we had our appetizers, we decided we'd rather go to the city for dinner. The breakfast wasn't too rich for such a hotel either.

Since the hotel was empty we got a better room, that was very nice. The sauna and location was great.
