Good location, very quiet street. Staff is very friendly and answered quickly for all my questions and even left some snacks, fruit and water for us. The parking is very comfortable. The apartment was clean and everything you need you can find there.

Everything was as aspected, and maybe a little bit more!

Location, next to the city centre, we ealked till there. Clean home, in the frige we had 2 bottles of water and fruites (very nice surprise).

Apartment is super, one of the best I've ever been. The rooms are ideally clean, all kitchen appliances are present, you may cook if you wish. There is also coffee machine full of coffee beans (you may prepare tasty coffee in the morning). The beds are convenient; I've slept like a child. :-) Apartment is situated in the quiet area; garage is an additional plus. The owners are very pleasant people, immediately help if anything is needed. My small dog was very happy as well :-) since the apartment is pet friendly. Definitely we will come back again during our next trip via Graz.

A perfect place to spend a quiet night. Everything absolutely clean, complete in detail, kitchen, toilet, sleeping areas. In the kitchen there was even oil, salt, sugar, coffee, fruit and cold water in the fridge 🤩 Fantastic area, very close to the center and allowing you to walk around the city. Perfect parking garage. Everything explained in detail and very easily accessible. A very friendly communication from the owners. A place where I will stay again with great pleasure, whenever I have to travel through Austria. Absolutely to be recommended.

Everything was just as we needed to be. Quick support and prompt replies by owner....and yes, free parking. Apartment was clean, beds ready for guests. Small treats in a fridge for us as well (apples, water and chocolate bars...Thank you!).

Location is calm and serene. Air cooler and table fan was useful. Closed garage parking was a bonus. Host was very spontaneous in replying to all my queries.

The weather was extremely hot when we stayed here and the hall/bathroom were very hot. The main living area did have a cooling unit and a fan which kept this area cooler. We positioned both close to the bed at night for coolness.

Perfect, cosy apartment with all needed amenities like hair-dryer and iron, but also great espresso machine. We were welcomed with fresh fruit, water and juices for kids. Owners also provided salt, sugar, oil in the kitchen. Self-check in is simple and easy. And last but not the least important for me: this place is impeccably clean-from bathroom to sented bedding linen and cosy pillows. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The only downside was when we entered the flat kitchen smelled like someone was smoking there, after opening windows the smell was gone.

Love the location. Quiet, lovely. Short walk by the river and you are in the city centre. Our dogs loved that walk. Flat was fully equipped with everything you need. Great coffee machine and plate of fruits i the fridge were a treat. We appreciated the possibility to self check in even when we booked 2 hours before arrival. We would come back again here.

Apartment at a quiet location, yet in a relatively short walking distance to the city center (approx 20 mins). Very well equipped, very clean, u can find there everything u need for a short stay. The owner was very responsive, they also prepared for us some sweets, fruits and champagne for new year. Coffee machine is great, as called out previously. We will definitely come back here next time we stay in Graz. The small Xmas decorations are highly appreciated to create a festive atmosphere during travelling. The garage is available for use for a 12 eur/night extra fee..
