The shower stall was small - good that we are not so big. If you are an english speaker then the cable tv is not applicable as there are no shows in english.

The rooms are spacious and clean and lots of light . We had a balcony too. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes. Supermarket next door as well as bakeries.

Room was not clean, many things not working properly eg kitchen tap almost falling off, kitchen cupboards not closing, no plug in kitchen sink to wash dishes, dirt marks on wall, TV from 2010.

Location was good. Not too far from old town by walking. Restaurants close by.

There was mold on the coffee machine(it hadn't been clean for a long time). Brakfast is poor.

Could have had a separate sofa to relax on but as we were not in the room for too long, it did not spoil our stay.

Great communication on checking in and booking out from the really helpful reception staff. They even printed off our theatre tickets, 😆 Close to public transport, metro, tram and buses.. Close to supermarkets, bakers and many other shops. Good clean separate kitchen with microwave, hob, kettle and coffee machine. All cleaning cloths, washing up bowl and washing up liquid supplied. Clean bed linen on firm mattress beds which we like . Lovely warm rooms from radiators. Good sized Clean bathroom with bath and shower hose attached, hand soap and shower gel provided and plenty of hot water all day and night. Great place to stay.. we will be back.

The apartment was very spacious. Underground station and a supermarket is just 5 minutes walk. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Vienna.

The room was dirty, with lots of dirt everywhere, and the walls had many stains. I don't know how they let themselves serve the guests in such a room. Breakfast was not as a 4-star should offer. In general, I don't see how this 4-star is registered on Booking. The hotel is closer to a 3-star.

The place was good, I liked the neighborhood. many shops and restaurants nearby, 2 metro stations nearby, and a tram connection. Even for late-night travelers, it was easily accessible. Neighbors in the building are very nice and welcoming.

Nowhere to relax other than chairs on the small balcony. It was a bit like a reasonable hotel room with a small kitchen area.

they only clean the appartment if you stay for more than a week, which I didn't like. also, they are on the 5th floor so on Shabbat it was very challenging to climb all these stairs.

Top terrace looks much better on the pics then it is in reality. Parts of windows are covered with paper cuttings to stop the light shining onto the bed. This really could've ben solved more elegantly

The front desk girl was visibly overwhelmed when another guest was looking to check in 30 ladies right the time I showed up. The flats are on the top two floors and with 2 entrances, each with their own elevator. I had flat number 4 where the microwave did not turn on at all. Much worse were the rather stuffed drains in the bath and sink. This I always find depressing. Very busy on the first day of my stay with all these ladies that came the night before, that was the first time I showed up late for work. The bed had springs you could feel on the back, not hard, just uneven.

Generous space with balcony and a bath tub. Was having a blast playing video games at night on the Sony Bravia in the room. The area, in Leopoldstadt's Jewish quarters, though far from my office, is alive and bustling, near the Augarten where the Vienna boys choir study and occasionally perform outdoors. Could see the Ferris wheel at the Prater from the balcony. There was a window in the kitchen area.

It comes closest to how a local would live in the 2nd district. very different from other more touristy parts of Vienna.
