We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Dinner was very good. There was an Austrian food but served in a more modern way so it was not too heavy. Breakfast was good as well. Staff is very friendly. For skiers very good location.

BelgiumAlthough the food quality was good, it was lacking sometimes variety. In 1 week there was for example 3 times the same meat on the buffet or in the menu. The position of the buffet in the hallway (also reception area) also felt a bit strange and the smell of the fish that was prepared on the hotplate spread out in the entire hotel. The rooms vary much as our room felt a bit outdated, the room of our friends was more modern and more recently updated. The entire hotel has a 80s past chic feel to it which is something not everybody likes.
Spacious rooms, good sauna and very good massage. The staff was friendly, especially our waiter at the table was top! The location was very central in the town and indoor parking space was cheap and easy accessible.

IsraelThe location wasn't correct according to the description. It was written that it's ski in- ski out, but it wasn't the true in real. So I think that value per money wasn't so good. I addition, when we wanted to add our friend to the room that was from beggining suitable for three persons, we had to pay full price according to the change and not to the booking date. I didn't like their customer politics and will not recommend this hotel, despite the fact that the staff and hotel facilities were good

IcelandBreakfasts and Dinners were disappointing. The food was excellent but our table was located in the hallway close yo the fryers and the buffet . All mornings and some nights we could not even stay throughout the meal because of smoke and heat. We asked for another table two times but they disregarded our request. We were stuck with the same table throughout the week long trip A double bed was 2 mattresses pushed together. Pillows and duvets very uncomfortable.
Excellent location- walking distance to the center and to the ski lifts.

AustriaVery uncomfortable mattress! Too soft. You sleep like in a cradle. Terrible pillows. It's like they're 100 years old! The hotel should think about changing the pillows and mattresses. No small fridges (mini bars) in the room. This is quite unusual for a 4 star hotel. The sauna area does not have a whirlpool as such . There is just a bathtub with holes for air supply, which you have to fill with water yourself if necessary.
Pretty good breakfast. Excellent dinners. Special thanks to the waiters. Always very polite and helpful. Lovely dining rooms. A very cosy bar. Lovely traditional style hotel, beautiful pool and spa areas-2 saunas, steam room,lots of showers, cold pool for feet outside , quiet room with a hammock where i almost fell asleep it was so relaxing.The treatments were wonderful.The hotel is a few minutes walk from lovely walks and from the village, which has lots of cafes and restaurants, which i didn't use as it was half board .The food was very generous -4 course dinner every night, afternoon tea and cakes are served also, there is both a cooked and continental breakfast, fruit, muesli etc.Very attentive waiters, and helpful friendly staff in general.It's a beautiful area.
