The room was amazing, with a lot of space, the breakfast was really good with a lot of variety, and the staff really kind and friendly. You have the metro across the street and a spar next to de entrance of the hotel. If I had the opportunity to return to Vienna I will choose this same hotel for sure! Important tip: when you arrive to Vienna pick the ÖBB train from the airport and then buy the week pass for the metro. It’s the cheapest way to travel from the airport to the city go & back and around the city

Rooms are comfortable. The ones facing the street are a bit less quiet. Location is perfect and well connected and the breakfast is generous and suits all possible needs.

The cleaning side needs to improve. We found hairs on the new sheets, towels, and rug. The bathroom and toilet were spotted.

The location is excellent. The room is a perfect size for four people. Breakfast was excellent.

The toilets are really small and felt a bit cramped

A nice and cozy room with a comfortable bed. The hotel itself is situated right next to a metro station from which you can quickly move around Vienna. We had a great and eventful weekend and Leonardo was an ideal starting point and a place to rest.

The pillows were so unconfortable that in the middle of the night I had go to the reception and took new ones.But they were also unconfortable. Why did they not put towels after the cleaning was also another question mark. I had to go to the reception one more time to take some towels..after I gave up to request all these standart missing room objects...

The pillows were kind of uncomfortable. No usb port to charge phones. TV really old, we were hoping to logging on our Netflix account at night but it didn’t have the options.

For a long term stay of 11 nights the room was not cleaned very well nor was the bedding changed on a regular basis. We also missed a refill of our coffee pods, sugar and creamer.

Very spacious room, spacious and clean bathroom. The room and bathroom are very well designed, feel contemporary, fresh and clean. The location is great; as the hotel is only 2 min away from the metro station. The staff is very helpful. No noise during the night; but I only stayed for one night.

The en-suite was a little dirty, there was no remote for the tv in the room so had to ask a reception and the room that was provided was pretty worn out and greasy. The tv in the room was quite old in comparison to the pictures advertised and not mounted on the wall. The room was very cold on arrival. I suppose you get what you paid for as it was a very reasonable price considering the location.

The room size was great, very spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The bedroom area was very clean more than enough room for the two of us. The customer service was great and the staff were always very helpful. Hotel was right next to the subway so easy access to central areas of Vienna.

Good, centric location, with a supermarket just around the corner, free fruit infused water at one side of the lobby and a metro stop crossing the street. The staff was nice and very helpful. The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Definitely I would stay here again.
