Czech RepublicNot being able to get anything to eat in the evening. After the spa closed at 9, we tidied up and went to the bar area, where we were NOT able to find anything to eat! A plate of cheese and olives with some bread would have been fine, but there was nothing except a handful of salted nuts.

SloveniaHotel restaurant is totally overrated. Food is bad and pricy. Also the SPA is not so good. Yes, it is big, but they only have 3 saunas and the hotel is really big. So on the first day of our stay SPA area was crowdy. Also, saunas in the first floor are really not ''private'' as they are located on the hallway that is leading to one of the silent rooms. It is hard to relax there as people are constantly walking up and down.

IsraelThe beds are not comfortable enough, can be better. The pillows are very uncomfortable. There are no A/C in the rooms - definitely an issue when the whether becomes hot. The supplied ventilators are not sufficient. Walking up from town is too steep, prefer using a car if you are not in a good shape :-)
The hotel is great for relaxation! Very nice location, surrounded by green vineyards. The spa is very nice - pools are on the top floors, with beautiful outside views. The relaxations rooms just call you to unwind. The breakfast is definitely the best we've had in 4 star hotels across the world (the 5 stars are still better)! With chef, that cooks your morning eggs, according to your personal preferences.

Czech RepublicWe took a Superior room, which in my view is not worth the value. Our bed was single frame, but two mattresses, which meant mattresses would each go their own way. It caused either me or my wife to "fall" regularly into the middle gap. In addition, there was no climatization in the room, just a fan that very likely had taken a hit or two on the ground, and noisy while in moving position. We managed to put it in fixed position so didn't bother to request a new one, we however would expect the hotel to regularly check the equipment in rooms.
The overall experience (outside of the room) was fantastic. The spa is excellent, we enjoyed the amenities there and will very likely return in the future. Very varied breakfast, fantastic terrace and selection of local wines. The only exception to this is the room, to enjoy this hotel fully we should have booked a better room (in the spa / new section of the hotel).

United KingdomDinner at the hotel was a comically terrible experience! Firstly, our order disappeared until we asked if food was on the way, which is excusable sometimes when the restaurant is busy, but the choice and quality of food that we ordered was very strange, and made us question why we spent so much money on our meal. The wild rice plate that my wife ordered was so dry and unappetising, topped with weird vegetables like pickled asparagus and olives, which did not fit with the rice. The main courses followed a similar vein, where you could tell that the chef has tried to be adventurous with the choices of flavours on the plate, but nothing had really fit together (for example Knödel with Hoi sin sauce?), and left us feeling disappointed and bemused, and wishing we'd just ordered a schnitzel or something instead. It was also very difficult to find anything said about the restaurant online, let alone any sort of menu, which also made me suspicious and might have made us think twice about eating there, when we had known better. Aside from the experience of the nice waiters, the price we paid for our food was definitely not up to the experience we had there in the evening, and thank goodness they redeemed themselves at breakfast. If we make a return trip here sometime, I think we'll avoid this place for dinner.
Loved the spa area, and enjoyed the room! Everything was clean, we appreciated the towels and towelling dressing gowns. The breakfast buffet was also very good!

RussiaExpensive and not a very convenient garage, beds were not comfortable, rooms didn't have air conditioning and it was very hot inside even in May. Staff forgot about our request, but the hotel was fully booked so it was a lot of work for crew members
Great facilities, really good SPA area (especially indoor), good breakfast, spacious comfortable rooms, beautiful views. Location is great to have a relaxing weekend while still being able to discover Krems and areas around. I would stay here again off season when hotel is not so crowded.
