Difficult to find parking garage and would have made it easier if we knew the hotel was attached to a casino.

Reception check in around 11:40pm after a longer than expected drive due to construction was extremely pleasant. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Europe.

It was a bit more expensive than we usually like to pay but I suppose a view costs.

The views from our window were wonderful. The hotel was convenient for the train station and for walking into the old town. We made good use of the free travel card.

For Wifi in the room they charge extra money which i have never heard in my life in any hotel.. ( and i have been visiting many countries in the hole world ) , and also about the parking they could give a discount for hotel parking.. kinda disappointed about that as well if you stay a few days it’s fast going up to 100€ only for parking..

The apartment was great. also the view from our room was gorgeous. breakfast was delicious and with lots of variety. also the staff was friendly

The room was very hot at night even with the window open. We asked at recepetion if the air conditioning in our room could be put on and were told it wasn't on routinely in winter but they would ask house keeping if it could be switched on. Nothing changed. It would have been nice to have been updated from housekeeping if they couldn't do anything about the AC.

Reception had very friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the local area. Bar staff very efficient and friendly. Our room had the best view of any hotel I've ever stayed in! When we asked about the discount Welcome card for Innsbruck this was organised very quickly while we had our breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable with two double beds, a good sized shower and mountain views. All staff were very polite and always happy to help. The hotel is close to the old town and no more than 10 minutes walk to the golden roof and great variety of good restaurants/shops etc. Breakfast has something for everybody with a very good selection hot or cold dishes/drinks

The staff were excellent, they managed to cater to a special request I had. The bartender was fantastic and the bar was very cosy. The breakfast was very good with the best selection I have seen.

We loved the room and thank you so much for the upgrade, it was fab! Excellent receptionists, very helpful staff, and the casino next door was a true hit. Nice breakfast, loved the sausages and the salmon. And the bed was just heaven! Excellent stay and amazing city. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for everything. The view was outstanding, too.

The breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was.

The location was great. The room was a very good size. There was somewhere to store our skiing equipment, which was very handy. The food was lovely. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good selection of food at breakfast with attentive staff. All staff were very helpful and the bar was a nice place for an early evening drink before heading out to a restaurant. The hotel is is a great location for public transport, ski hire and the ski buses.
