We were amazed and thrilled at how wonderful all the staff were. It was my partners birthday and she received a cake and bottle of tea she also forgot a bag and hotel have been brilliant arranging to get it to her - absolutely fabulous stay

Everything was perfect. I dont consider hotels or any other place where I stay on business trip or holiday more than it is, because it is just place to sleep and have breakfast. It is not in this case. This hotel made our 3 day long vacation a bit more special. Thanks to everyone starting from bell boy in the lobby to host at the roof top bar. Breakfast - a lot of options. Location is perfect regarding distance to everything and yet much quitter than other similar hotels on the street. They took great care of us and out 2 years old child. I cant even name all the endless tiny details you see through the stay that make you feel like - wow. Special thanks to concierge - Oliver, waiter Francesco and rooftop host. My family and I had the most amazing time at the Ritz Carlton Vienna last week. It started with a very welcome upgrade to the most lovely suite. The rest of the week we got such amazing service from the whole team. From Ida, Ellen and Alexander at breakfast, to Paloma at the lounge, Thomas at the Bar and Jasper at the front desk. The room was kept immaculate by Liliana every day. There were a lot of people whose names I do not remember, but who also contributed to a really great stay. It was very nice to see that the team did not only have great pleasure in assisting us with all our needs, they also seemed to genuinely enjoy working together as a tight knit crew. We will for sure be back!

IsraelThe orientation of the rooms is a little unorthodox, with a lot of stairs and twists that got us lost on our way to our room a few times. Also a hassle when you need to carry your luggage and the elevator doesn't reach exactly where you need it. But that's just a minor inconvenience

This is one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in! We love Ritz Carltons and this is a gem. From the first bell man to the night manager at the front desk who was wonderful and upgraded us to a great suite (thanks Jasper!) to every other employee who treated us almost royally (a special shout out to Georgie at the wonderful breakfast), every need was quickly taken care of. We were greeted with roses, a bottle of fine champagne, a chocolate cake, balloons, a free drink in the beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar, and a card for my wife's birthday - who does that?! Then we were lavished with other gifts and other kindnesses. The suite was at least 700 feet and had a large bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a huge bathroom, a second bathroom next to the foyer, a living room, a desk, and a large area for drinks and a refrigerator, and it was on the beautiful Schubert Ring close to all of the amazing museums and other attractions. The pool and gym were excellent.
