We loved how spacious, well-laid out and well-equipped the room was. Our bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was also very comfortable and efficient: great space to organise toiletry, great shower and bathtub. We also enjoyed the toilet being separated from the bathroom. The sofa bed for our son was also fantastic. The location was perfect: close to the best restaurants in a lively area, and still quiet at night. All worked perfectly for a very restful and lovely family stay.

Small room for two people, not much space to put luggage etc. The safe was not working (left locked possibly by previous guest?) Didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything valuable in the room.

Good location as we were travelling by train and only 10-15 min walk from the station. Also walkable distance from the town, restaurants and main attractions. Nice room, the check in process was smooth.

As somebody who is really light sensitive, the gap under the door plus our proximity to the stairwell meant that the hall light turned on periodically through the night and woke me up, but this wasn't a big enough issue that it would keep me from staying here again.

The virtual check in/check out was super convenient and we enjoyed not having a key to keep track of, and the location was great for walking to all the sights without being super busy. Being able to go down and stock up on extra items we needed was really helpful. If you need to do laundry, there is a laundromat nearby that provided excellent service at a reasonable rate!

Literally no one to speak with although very responsive on what's app. However, if phone happens to be flat for example there us no one on site to help as everything is remote and via the phone. Breakfast only until 10am and when on holiday would be good to have an option of up to 11am.

The Essentials cupboard did not always have sufficient toilet roll and we actually ran out on our second last day, which was unaccepable in the circumstances. The main external door to the building (not the room) became faulty and would not lock, which compromised security. This was reported to the management.

The room was spacious, light, airy, well heated when necessary. The bed was large with an exceptionally comfortable mattress and topper. The en suite bathroom modern, clean, hygienic, well fitted. The furniture and storage were new, good quality and well positioned. Lighting was excellent and power sockets well placed. We did not use the breakfast facilities.

Stayed in the room with bathtub and it was so great! Lovely views, really spacious and great design. Stayed with a baby and they offered a baby cot as well. Location was great, close to old town, restaurants and shops. Check-in and check-out are so fast and wonderfully arranged. Would stay again!

Comfortable stylish apartment, close to the city center. We liked small details as earplugs, hand cream, coffee and tea. Bed was very comfortable. We had a very nice view from the balcony and the street hotel is situated at isn't very noisy, so we had a good relaxed stay. A nice parking in the mountain is close to the apartment. Easy check in

Some anti-limescale compounds were needed in this perfect place. Their shower booth was completely perfect, but this would have under-rated factors.

Definitely recommended! Service quality We were there in low season, so all services (including luggage keeping) were completely automated check-in and smoothly went on. Room conditions All were tidy and neat. We are gonna be back very soon, even in every season for holidays in Salzburg. We don't need to have any extra time for finding accommodations, finally. Views No more words can be needed. Perfect in city centre. Amenities Coffee machines and capsules were well-equipped. The shower head was nicely done. Towels were great conditioned.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there is no daily housekeeping, even though I understand the reasons why. I also feel that a hotel with no reception staff or daily housekeeping should reflect that in the price.

Nice modern and comfortable interior. Conveniet location with nice view. Complementary drinks and plenty of coffee, tea as well as milk packets for use. The room does have a small fridge, even though it is not mentioned on this site. Heated floors.

The hotel is in a great position. The room and the bathroom are large and clean. There is no staff in the hotel but everything (check-in, check-out, info) was smoothly done remotely via apps.

Apartman would be perfect if we just didn't have heating problem... Occasionally it was very cold inside.

The location was perfect, apartman was very modern and nice. We got free beverages and snacks, which was really kind :) Also we had beautiful view on city from our apartman. Check in and check out was really easy as well :)

Drainage for the shower - we were worried about water going into the room. Although it didn’t take long to dry with the heated floor.

Brilliant location, easy check in, lots of helpful information provided, clean, comfortable and had great facilities. We particularly liked the heated bathroom floor, especially in the cold weather.

The VIEW: the monastery on the hill and the old town of Salzburg in the distance. Very walkable to main city streets, even for senior citizens. Calming and creative interior design.

The lack of a reception, if you have a problem or a question, you don't know who to ask. The light next to the bed didn't work and I couldn't ask for support. The room was very hot when I arrived (23C), and changing the temperature didn't do much, as after 1 full day the temperature was done by only 1 degree. The breakfast was good but very limited, no hot options (only the classic continental breakfast). Almost no space in the bathroom to put your toiletries

The room was very nice and larger that expected. Even if not very central, you can reach the old town in 10 minutes by walk and the bus from the airport stops close by. The check-in was very smooth, even if no people is involved. The lockers to leave the luggage are very useful, but large bags won't fit.
