What I liked: Cleanliness Cozy studio design Well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes A bottle of water in the fridge, plus tea and cookies

What I didn’t like: There were issues at check-in because the driver at the airport asked for the hotel name and took me to their other branch, which was a bit stressful Only later, after reading reviews, I noticed that other guests had already mentioned there are actually two hotels in the city I think it’s important to make this clear for guests Ground floor room If you like privacy, you’ll need to keep the curtains closed There are no window locks or barriers, so if you open them, anyone from the street could get inside When I closed the curtains in the evening, there was a man standing outside for quite a while That was very uncomfortable The ventilation was extremely loud It was impossible to sleep with it on, and it couldn’t be turned off separately from the rest of the electricity

Struggled immensely to unlock the door but wonderful tenants helped.

Big rooms and bathroom. Close to subway and tram.

Attention to details: shower not working properly (hardly any pressure); no towels and no coffee on arrival.

Incredibly big and well kept apartment in a great location to explore Vienna

The location was amazing for vienna and we loved the design and interior. We felt really safe and the speaker in the room was a fun addition!

It came a bit to our surprise that the bathroom didn’t have a door but it was an opportunity to get closer as friends i guess!

The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The whole apartment was very clean and the staff was helpful when we struggled to get into the apartment at 6am. There was also wine and water in the fridge when we arrived, it was nice to see it after long ride.

The laundry bin is dirty and there was no air conditioning as it is necessary during your stay in summer.

Well equipped appartment. Not in the neighbourhood of the historical center, but public transport is nearby. Calm en quiet neighborhood.

The apartment is very beautiful, tastefully decorated and with great attention to detail. Ideal for a short or medium stay, as it has a fully equipped kitchen. The location is quite central and very well connected by public transport. The street is SUPER QUIET, and there are several supermarkets within 5 minutes. The value for money seemed excellent. Communication with the company was good and everything worked smoothly. What we loved the most was the huge shower and the gigantic bed with extra-soft sheets, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also loved the lighting, with many indirect lights that created a great atmosphere. Overall, totally recommendable — we would definitely stay here again.

As a downside, there is no luggage storage available after check-out, but you can leave it at the office (15 minutes’ walk from the apartment).

The property was easy to access, clean linen, quiet and secure

One window was broken so i couldnt open it widely and yet it was abit hot

Room is superb and the way they designed was awesome Spacious room With all the amenities and complimentary items Cleaned and very hygienic place. Location is also good with connectivity. Staff is really very helpful and they can even manage your luggage before checkin.

Beautiful, clean apartment close to the centre of the city. Comfortable beds, clean design, good overall experience.

The bathroom ventilation system was brutally loud and it hasn't stopped, ever. We had to switch off the main power switch next to the entrance, but then of course, nothing else was operational either. This is the trick to make sleeping possible though.

Honestly, everything was great! It wasn’t too hot or cold in the room. Everything was clean and one time when we met the staff, the cleaning lady was very nice and polite (although would have been nice to leave a note that cleaning would come, since we didn’t expect anyone to come in was a bit awkward when we walked in on the cleaning lady changing the towels)

Maybe having salt and pepper would be nice :)

The staff were super helpful when it came to extending our booking.

Not a big deal, but there were no cloths or songs for cleaning the kitchen. Also an absolute bare minimum of kitchen utensils.

The apartment was beautifully designed, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable and the atmosphere was very quiet — perfect for relaxing after exploring Vienna.

The Wi-Fi was very weak and kept disconnecting, especially in the evenings — probably when more guests were online. At times, it was almost unusable. Also, There was no door to the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient.

It’s a good size studio and it’s nice that it has a full kitchen with coffee machine. Not sure if there’s a laundry service

No ac - I know it’s rare that it gets hot in vienna but the location of the room doesn’t give access to fresh air. I was able to open the window of the bathroom at night to get a bit of fresh air
