Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Tv didn’t work.
Room was spacious and comfortable. The sauna are was nice with a Sauna Aufguss from the gym boys. Staff were friendly.

Outdated furniture, rather humble breakfast, paid parking garage which was pretty pricey (but we knew it from the reviews already). Maybe this hotel was 4* in the 80's when it was built but now it unfortunately doesn't hold the bar. Well, you get what you pay for, the price was adequate :) All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
Good location, nice staff, outdoor pool, pet friendly.

The only down side for us,was the breakfast was very basic.It wasnt so much bad,but the warm choices were so limited.Only eggs in the warm side.Bacon or sausages would be great.
Room was very spacious,including the bathroom.Staff were friendly and helpful.Gym and swimming pool were available,which was a huge bonus,and we used.5mins walk to metro station,which meant easy access to centre.

Probably not suitable for a solo traveller.. very much left to your own devices by the staff..
Walking distance to city centre (45mins). The facilities were excellent for multiple people or for a family.

We could use tennis court as a guests for free but there was a fee for tennis 🎾 per person. This is 4star hotel so a little strange policy hotel has in this case. Usually there was deposit in the other hotels in Europe where I was in the last 10years. Breakfast buffet very basic - was expecting a little more variations. Every day same menu for quiet high price. Next time street food will be my choice. Room- nice and comfortable but sink blocked. Property met my expectations as is closed to metro and is very easy get to the city centre.
I like the sport area ....many tennis courts and nice pool with sauna. Room with air-conditioning system was very handy in the extremely hot days.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station and right next to the highway exit. It’s an excellent base for exploring the Austrian capital. Breakfast was good, though it could have been a bit more varied. The room price even included access to the swimming pool. There is also a convenient parking facility available for an additional fee.

The air conditioning was very weak.
Rooms were big, pool was great. Location was okay, convenient for arriving by bus. Room had a fridge. There is free parking down the street.

I didn't like the fact that my room was at the top of the stairs and early in the morning were kids playing on the stairs and shouting, as well as the adults also congregating outside my door instead of in one of their rooms
It was close to the Ernst Happel stadium for a gig that night. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely and clean. Room had a nice temperature considering it was really hot that day

Equipped apartment instead of room would have been more convenient for us. We’re very satisfied with the rest apart from the cost of parking 17 Euros per day.
All in all, a very good place to spend a couple of days upon visiting Vienna.

The pool isn’t heated 😊
Close to the metro station, the ride to the city center is aprox. 15 minutes. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious. Perfect if you’re exploring the city and you just need a place to sleep. Parking was also a plus.
