Mattress was a little bit too soft for my liking. Toilet/WC was separate from shower/sink and there was no sink in the toilet to wash hands.

Great location in Zell am See, near the train station and Elisabethpark/lake promenade. Easy walking distance to restaurants/bars/shops in town. For a central location, it is great that you can find a hotel with free parking, so you can leave your car at the hotel and walk/hike/cycle around the area. My room was on the top floor with balcony and I could see a little bit of the lake which was amazing. Kettle and small water jugs are provided in the room as well which is a bonus. Good wi-fi. Dog friendly (€10 per day extra). Guests receive a Zell am See "Guest Card" which gave free access to public bus, and 10% discount on Schmittenhöhebahn.

Shower was a little cramped, but otherwise faultless.

Barmy winter self-check-in process, but good communication from team and once in was frankly blown away by the location. Not ski-in/-out, but as close as you can get otherwise. When I did meet the staff, they were delightful, helpful and spoke impeccable English. I will definitely be back and hope to have the same room as it had glorious high vaulted ceilings, two very comfortable twin beds, plentiful power outlets/charging points and well ventilated/very warm. Plenty of space for storage and ski / boot room with heated boot warmers was a nice touch on the Ground floor level.

On check out I was accussed of having additional guest in my room, which I found rather offensive and injustice. Host wanted to charge additional Eur 350 for it. The situation was clarified, but unfortunately the disgust remained. Finally I've paid the right amount for single stay.

We were very happy of the location. Really close to the first ski lift Ebenbergbahn, also the City Express is reachable by a walk. Very easy to visit restaurants around and the pedestrian zone with it´s shops nearby. The house is very comfortable and frendly, We will definitelly come back

Nice looking building (great colour). Rooms very clean, family run small hotel so very friendly. Good breakfast. Very close to town, 5 minute walk so no need to find a more expensive central hotel. Parking around the hotel and a mini bar with an honesty sheet downstairs. Nice rear garden to sit in. Will definitely use again.

Room was high-end but a few flaws sadly ruined it. There's dirty spots on the carpet and the stream in the shower was extremely weak

The internet in the hotel is terrible. Despite the strong WiFi signal throughout the hotel, browsing speed is extremely LOW and tends to go down to zero.

It was great that the hotel had its own parking lot when we arrived by car. The place is cozy with a nice balcony. The continental breakfast was pretty good. The location of the hotel is around 10-min from the city center and 2-min from the rail station.

Oh wow, don’t know where to start… It was probably the nicest vacation that I’ve ever been on…The Villa is superb…there’s enough parking places, wonderful garden with lots of flowers and seats where you can relax and still feel private…the breakfast is amazing - great coffee!!! You can for sure choose whatever you want - cheeses, salami, ham, lots of pastries, fresh fruit..suoer tasty and fresh! Room is awesome..big enough, with balcony, comfy seating, great bed, working TV, smooth carpet..everything feels new and modern..bathrooms is also great - a lot of soace for everything, spacy shower……the rooms are located in the next building - there’s of course elevator and a little self-serve “bar”… The best thing about this accommodation is the host family…we absolutely love them! They’re so kind, sweet, warm-hearted..always ready to help with everything and answer any questions… Will sure come back!! And I can recommend this to everyone!

The doors are not sound proof so you can hear when neighbours talk in the corridor or open and close their doors. It was quiet in the night though,
