The appartment is situated next to the ski lift, which is great. Has a beautiful view to the lake, clean and comfortable. Has it's own parking place and also separate heated storage for the skis. I can only recommend.

Not many restaurants within walking distance, but fair choice of options in a range of 8-10 minutes by car.

Excellent location if you plan to ski at Gerlitzen -practically next to the gondola station. Very clean room, extra comfortable bed! Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast!

Everything was perfect.

The location and accomodation were superb, the family who owns the Villa were the friendliest and staff were the friendliest you can imagine.

Main road just beside the villa, some bedrooms heading to it are quite noisy at night, but not big problem.

Beautiful appartments, so closed to cable, just 2 min walk, amazing view on the lake, sauna as a benefit, possibility to have a breakfast (but we did not try), play room for children, childchairs for the babies. Perfectly clean, kitchen well equiped.

Minor things - The shower was leaking a bit to the outside (the doors wouldn't properly close). The wifi was really bad (but I stayed on multiple occasions in other places nearby and it's terrible everywhere I stayed around this area).

Great location - few steps from the gondola, excellent staff, heated ski boot room, very clean.

The accommodation is "in the middle of nowhere" according to the map, but everything you need is within a 3-minute walk - restaurants, a cabin cable car to the mountains, a private beach or a free train connection to the centre.

The Hotel is in superb location, equipped with everything You would need to have a great active holiday. (Hiking, biking, bathing ... etc.) Breakfast is excellent and with great selection from local producers. The private beach on Ossiachersee is something really special and offers full comfort for relaxing. Staff was always very friendly and helpful and special thanks to Angelika for her kind help. We will definitely go back here again, if possible.

Nothing particular, everything was great.

Great location (one resort was literally just around the corner), excellent service, a great apartment, and a reasonable price. There was a dedicated space to store skis and skiing shoes. Sometimes the internal parking was busy and you had to park outside the hotel but there was a dedicated parking area as well. I will come back here for sure! Note: If you plan to come with a dog, you will be charged with an additional fee of ~9-16EUR, depending on the size.

Path through the back yard to the ski lift gate is grass/dirt steep hill, which was very slippery, since snow melted down. But i sincerely believe they already know this and will build a nice staircase to this gate.

You cant find better location so close to ski lift. Large parking. Rooms are warm and cozy. Nice view to the lake from balcony. Hosts were wery friendly and helpful with hint of what to do, what to visit. They have their own gate directly to ski lift.

A lack of younger people and content. In general Gerlitzen resort is visited by people with children, teenagers and 50+ y. This is not surprising, so not a minutes for us.

Big terrace with a lot of light, location (both ski resort and lake are next to us), personnel, house vibe with ornaments from years ago, kids playroom, everything was calming and there was even a fire place in our living room ☺️

The hosts were friendly and professional. The location is really amazing, it takes less than 2 minutes to get to the cable car on foot! The property was quiet and very clean. The breakfast was warm and there is a lot to choose.

Location was perfect, 1 min from Kanzelbahn. We got a house instead of the room and it was really perfect. Nice view on the lake from rooms balcony, little yard in the snow, fireplace... really nice! Everything was clean and beds were very comfort!

friendly and kind hosts who speak english and german! the house is like one minute from the gondola. we got an upgrade to a house and it was very clean warm and comfy. great value for money. and you can leave your car parked after you checked out to ski the entire day. I recommend this to anyone!

The staff is exceptionally helpful , easant and informative. The room was as advertised, clean , comfortable bed and a rasonably big bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, a simple spread of quality food. All in all a great experience, well worth the price.

We didn't see any staff on the night we arrived. The key was lying on the reception. First contact with staff was in the morning.

We only stayed for one night. Impression was a good hotel with some extra facilities like the sauna (didn't use it but other guests did)

It’s position: only some steps to the telecabine, only some steps ttill the lake, waterfall journey was doable with 5 years old children by foot from the accomodation, restaurant available also in the nearby. The place is clean and cozy, it was exactly what we were looking for.
