To keep the rating score and review content relevant for your upcoming trip, we archive reviews older than 24 months.
Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This lets us know that our reviews come from real guests, like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or quiet room than someone who’s stayed at the property before?
We want you to share your story, both the good and the bad. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinion and experiences, which are critical in helping guests make well-informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, and are treated with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full, as quickly as possible, after being moderated to comply with Booking.com guidelines. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
Once a review has been submitted, you can modify it by contacting Booking.com customer service.
We will use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content as well as the property replies to that content.
We will allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Booking.com’s role is that of a distributor of feedback from both guest and property.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc...).
눉1. Internet rarely worked and on last day it appeared to be turned off. Asked the owner and he said "technical difficulties." Oddly the internet worked before he left the front desk for the night at 6pm. 2. The steam room and sauna worked the first two nights -- then it did not. When owner asked he said "technical difficulties." 3. The bowling alley which was advertised was closed. 3. Cappuccino machine was "broken" first night, however the staff did not appear to know how to use it. 4. Bring your own SOAP and SHAMPOO as none is provided. 5) they do not take AMERICAN credit cards.
This hotel is on its own and isolated from other activities. You cannot "go for a walk" and window shop. There are no sidewalks and the they "roll up" at 7pm. Unless you like Austrian TV there is not much to do at hotel. Unlike Telluride they do not have a common area to congregate, play games or talk with other guests.
눇The dining staff was stellar! They accommodated our 10 year old son's pickiness over meals as well as doing reasonably well in translating the dishes. By American standards the room/suite was huge! The gondola was 100 yards from hotel.
눉The hotel was at a very busy, noisy road! The room was super simple with mould in the shower. The price for the room with breakfast was almost the same as the room with breakfast and diner, but booking.com didn't show this. The stay wasn't worth it's price wath so ever.
눉Selected the option for late check out on booking.com for being a genius member... we had planned our Sunday morning to ski before checking out but once asked we were told they don't do late checkout. There was free wifi but we just couldn't connect for some reason.
눇Everything was very nice and updated! One Of the best breakfast we had from a hotel. Staff very friendly! Every time we passed by they would say good morning. Loved being right by a main ski lift with the view of the mountains from the balcony. 🙃
눉I didn't like the service. For breakfast we were given a table with another couple when there were so many other empty tables. We asked the receptionist for the next morning and they did nothing. Breakfast time is a private moment for us. This was the first bad experience.
눉Breakfast could be little better.
WLAN was not so good in the room. I had to restart their router (yes, it just sits there on the table, anyone can acess it) to get my gadget connected. When I do have connections, the speed is just okay.
Could be noisy in the night depends on your neighbour.
눇Location is perfect. Walk 1 min to ski rent shop, another 1 min to the cable car station (in case you are wondering, it is the station 61).
The restaurant next to the hotel (which belongs to the hotel, apparently) is great too, with a lot of options and good price.
I checked reviews on booking.com and found someone saying the shower and TV are way too old, well, at least in our room, they are already renovated.
