Service at check out was a little difficult with questions required on additional charges for children on top of Booking.com price and also repeated requests to have cars moved to allow us to pack our car and leave promptly. Minor inconveniences compared to a very positive overall experience.

The excellent breakfast and half board menu including the option to pick a few healthier courses from the alternative menu. Access to the new Dorfbahn cablecar and the kids play room with nightly movies.

Some of the restaurant staff, one fellow in particular was not very accommodating. The spa was good, a hot tub would have been great:). Food was pretty good, desert apple strudel was heated in the microwave so it was soggy:( Overall the food and hospitality was really good:)

The breakfast was amazing, great choices and homemade bread everyday.

Can ski back to hotel but need to take easy bus ride to nearby lift. Don't expect apres ski out of hotel bars - one pub, with live music on Saturdays through skiing season

Staff all very helpful from moment arrived at reception. Excellent food with varied buffet and eggs cooked fresh to order. Excellent tasting type menu. Wellness area very good- saunas and steam room appeared small for number of rooms, but never crowded. Good sized single room

The wellness suite we had was fabulous and the private sauna...

The drinks were pricey and €30 for the house wine over priced. The bar man was not particularly either friendly or likable and did not generate relaxation. Wrong person in the wrong job. In general staff were very nice and spoke enough English.

The wellness suite we had was fabulous and the private sauna was really great, plus the mountain views and spaciousness. Handy location for both ski rental and ski bus and we could ski back to the opposite side of the road. Staff overall very nice. Good sun terrace. Good but not brilliant food but lots of it and varied menu.

I missed a refrigarator in my suite. Had to login repeatedly to get free wifi.

Excellent beds. Nice breakfast with superb selection of delicious home made bread.
