althought not stated there is very frequent crossroad next to the hotel, very noisy day and night and as there is no air condition, you cannot close the window so it is almost unpossible to sleep, we had two rooms, both facing this bussy street, both very noisy

The elevators had a bit of a smell. The bed for the third person was a fold-out couch and was not particularly comfortable.

We ordered one family room but the reserved room was only for two people. Fortunately, the front desk offered two rooms as an alternative solution. The noise level in the room is pretty high for the rooms near the main road.

pillows are really flat, you need 2 or 3 per person hygiene could be better: some spots on floor, hairs in bathroom, dead flies on wall should be cleaned before new guests enter the room one day we left in the morning at 10:30 asked for cleaning but nothing was done

I felt the pillows in my room were strange sizes. One was too big so used the smaller one but there was not really enough support so had a bit of a stiff neck. Did not complain about it, I am sure they would have had a solution.

The rooms were very nice, simple, clean, warm - Breakfast was also very pleasant, quite a broad selection of items to eat. We had dinner (took the half board upgrade) and it was a good 4 course meal. One of the kids did not like the main course on the half board and the staff immediately let him switch to the a la carte menu and he was very happy with that. The beer was great (seems to be a specialty) and so was the wine. Easy to find, plenty parking - all good - and nice staff.

We booked a three bed room but first got an old double room with an old dirty carpet. Luckily they had a renovated three bed room available. The room was a bit dirty with big dust bunnies on the floor, probably coming from when the sofa bed was prepared for our kid. Also a bit foul-smelling air in the old corridor, got some irritations in my throat.

Good value with good breakfast, great for a weekend trip with a car to the alps. The renovated room was nice with a wooden floor and interior.

The mattresses were squeaky and it gets got in the rooms as there is no air conditioning, the hotel is quite noisy when it’s fully booked and unfortunately they not equipped for babies as there are no high chairs in the restaurant

On new years evening there was a so called gala dinner for the price of 110 €. The quality of the food we got was more like 35 € worth. It was a disgrace asking 110 € for what we got. The management should be ashamed of themselves. If the drinks would have been included then it would have been OK. Also the service in the bar could be improved.
