To provide clearer instructions for using the appliances, especially the stovetop, which was quite difficult to figure out.

The apartment is in a fantastic location – quiet and peaceful, yet close to supermarkets. The layout is practical and well-designed, and the bed is very comfortable, which makes it perfect for anyone needing a good night’s sleep. The private spa bath is a real highlight and adds a touch of luxury to the stay. What truly stood out was the kindness of the owner. Due to the Finnair strike, my travel plans were severely disrupted. The owner went above and beyond to help me reschedule and minimize my losses. I’m extremely grateful for their support and flexibility. I wholeheartedly give this place the highest rating – highly recommended!

Fridge was a bit noisy, although everything else in the kitchen was brand new, the fridge will probably need replacing soon. As we were there for a month, we noticed a large turnover of short stay guests. One of them was a bit noisy on one of the nights until early in the morning.

We stayed in the apartment for a full month, which gave us the perfect opportunity to really settle in and experience it as a home away from home. There are so many great things to say about this place. First and foremost, the location is ideal — with multiple public transport options just a short walk away, it made getting into the city centre quick and easy. The apartment itself was incredibly well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, from kitchen essentials to cosy furnishings. Most of the equipment and appliances were modern, clean, and in excellent condition, which made day-to-day living hassle-free. Our host was genuinely wonderful — warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. She greeted us on arrival with a delicious selection of cakes, and when it came time to leave, she saw us off with a kind gesture and a lovely drink. Small touches like these made a big difference and really elevated the experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a longer stay in the area.

Everything was perfect!!

Very well furnished apartment with a lot of attention to detail. Gorgeous bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Well-equipped kitchen. Good location—the apartment(s) are part of a 3-story house. Parking on the street is available, and there are clear instructions (please do follow them!) on what to do. But above everything—the hostess! She is always ready to help, answer any questions, and resolve any issues! The pan was severely scratched to the point it was almost unusable. We asked for it to be replaced, and 15 minutes later, a cleaning lady brought us the new one! Amazing service that is very rare these days. On the day of check-in, we could not find a special "blue card" for parking, which I reported to the hostess. The hostess said she would bring it in an hour, but we didn't want to wait and went to Vienna Center. When we returned, we found a parking ticket on the windshield of our car. The hostess came the next morning and paid the parking ticket! It is rare to find Airbnb owners who care about their guests this much.

The apartment is in an excellent location, and we were provided with parking passes for our stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, with a huge park full of greenery right across the street. The interior of the apartment was simply amazing—everything we could have wished for! From a jacuzzi bathtub to a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and more, it was all there. The cleanliness was impeccable. We travel to Vienna quite often, but now I’m certain we’ve found our perfect accommodation. We’ll definitely be back!

nothing.. but one thing we experienced was the next day, they painted the whole lobby and we didn't expected that. it was a little bit of inconvenience for us to pass by the stairs because of the paint under our shoes that we worry that we bring them in our rooms...but they manage to have it clear immediately. thanks..was ok

everything was superb. very quiet place and all of my friends were very happy that we found this apartment. there's a kitchen and was easier for us to cook and prepare the meals. its a new apartment. the owner was friendly and they gave us what we need. would highly recommend this apartment .the supermarket and restaurants are near.

It could use some dish-cloths. The only thing to wipe dishes dry are paper towels or a normal towel. It us just a little detail though, everything aside this was brilliant!

The staff was really great! Nice, welcomming and helpful. We had some issues with the code to our appartment so we called and this really lovely lady came to help us in minutes after we called her and resolved the problem.

However, there were a couple of aspects worth mentioning. Firstly, the apartment is quite far from the city center, approximately 15-20 minutes by car or local transportation. This distance might be inconvenient for those looking to stay closer to central attractions. Another issue I encountered was that the apartment I received (number 3) was different from the one shown on Booking.com (number 5). This discrepancy was unexpected and slightly disappointing.

My stay at Wienerberg-apartment was quite pleasant overall. The apartment itself was great, offering a very nice view and being fully equipped in the kitchen, which was very convenient. Additionally, the availability of free car parking was a definite plus.
