Good value for money, friendliness, modern, clean, nice hotel, next to ski bus stop. Huge modern spa. Interesting food.

For EV owners: The hotel has three Tesla chargers which sounds great, but the issue is the way of operation and readyness (no automatization, no process, no reservation system, requiring a lot of human time and waiting - long waiting at the reception desk where there is usually nobody, then the receptionist arrives but the line of people will show up, then you will ask for charging EV, they will confirm its possible, you go to the garage but the charger is occupied, you are waiting, you are waiting, then you will get a charger that is not working because its not enough power in the system even for 5A charging => rather go to charge outside the hotel and you will save a lof of time). To get operational charging before my checkout, it took 3 hours going back and forth in the evening and morning. Spa - closes at 8 pm, so you need to go there before dinner.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while the property itself is well-maintained and the staff incredibly friendly, our experience was marred by an unexpected and disruptive renovation project. Just before our arrival, they began renovating the outdoor swimming pool, which made mornings unbearable due to loud construction noise. The noise also drastically altered the view from our room, replacing the serene mountainscape with a construction site. The hotel did offer a small discount for the inconvenience, but had we known about the renovation before booking, we would have considered canceling our stay entirely. Unfortunately, we weren’t given that option, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the buffet breakfast and dinner were both enjoyable, and the property itself is charming. Still, the noise and the construction site view significantly impacted our overall experience.

A wonderful universe in nature. The room with the balcony looks into the mountain landscape. We had a great time. A worthwhile and relatively cheap dinner.

Option for coffee in the room. machine and hot water to make tea.
