The building is old, it felt old. The bathroom needs refurbishment.

The hotel has an excellent location. Most sights are within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was in line with what you can expect in a European hotel of this category.

While the shower was good, the screen leaked at the bottom, leading to pools of water on the floor. Our AC was not working while we were there, but a fan was provided. All fairly minor.

Smooth check-in. Two room keys. Pleasant, helpful, unobtrusive staff. Nice, clean, quiet, tidy room. Usual hotel facilities in room. Good supply of instant coffee. Large walk-in wardrobe. Daily servicing and fresh towels. Handy to city sights and shops. Good bed, wifi and shower. Fan provided when AC failed. Would stay again. Graz Armoury is worth a visit.

Single room was tiny with a window on a central open space with lighted walkways to other rooms. Window coverings were insufficient to block the light which disturbed my sleep. Breakfast not included in the room rate.

Great location in the old city. Air conditioning was very effective and controllable in the room. Room facilities were clean and modern.

I had a few stairs to my room and with heavy suitcases is wasn’t pleasant The bed was too soft for me

This is more of heads up, rather than a dislike. Having never been to Graz and traveling solo / female, I wanted to stay in a central location. However, Graz is very small & walkable... for the price, I wouldn't stay here again - - but they stated a price and I agreed, so I don't feel cheated or anything.

This is a good hotel with nice staff, good breakfast and the area is quiet. The hotel decor is really cute.

The hotel is nothing I've ever seen. It's in center, walking distance to everything, no need for a car. But what is most important is the hotel itself. The rooms are unbelievable. It literally feels like you are some royalty. Extremely High ceilings, big room, bigger bathroom with marble and bathtub, old furniture, very, very nice. We stayed one day more just because of hotel. There is also a great steakhouse in the lobby.

We stopped here for one night on our way to Vienna and are very glad that we did. The location was outstanding with friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast. We had a little confusion on the way I booked breakfast but they were able to clarify and correct it for us quickly. We had two rooms, both were wonderful and the location made it easy to walk to some sites before heading out to our next location.

Finding a parking place wasn't easy, but I was lucky to find nearby on street parking which was free on Sunday till 9am Monday.

The location is perfect for a walking tour of the Old Town and the breakfast buffet was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room price, including breakfast was very reasonable for a hotel in such a central location.
