Location was good but was a little bit of a walk to the city centre or the nearest public transport.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The venue was easy to find. There was a supermarket close by as well as a quite a few restaurants and bars on the street.

A breakfast is more suitable for locals or people from the German speaking countries. The Internet had been disconnecting and asking to log in numerous times while in the room.

Staff very friendly, attentive, and useful. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The fact that there is a cafe downstairs make it even better. A very good location - in terms of both public transportation and places to get out.

There is no elevator, only stairs. Furthermore, if your room is on the second floor you have to take a staircase in a different part of the building after the first. As it is a small hotel, it is a bit cramped around the entrance (through the restaurant), reception area and canteen (for breakfast).

It’s in a good location - five minutes walk to the Old Town. The room and bathroom were also a decent size.

Bathroom needs a new fan. Apartment for 5 people sharing a bathroom with no window so fan needs to work well.

Great location and super nice balcony overlooking the square. Bathroom had poor ventilation and breakfast wasn’t the best.

WIFI was a little spotty, but other than that all good. Was told when checking out that they could have helped with this!!! Wonderful place, no issues, otherwise.

Wonderful hotel near the heart of Graz. Wonderful room with a great view. Comfortable bed, clean with at great morning breakfast!!! Lively nightlife right out the door, and close to all the spots worth visiting in the city center. Wonderful authentic pub and restaurant as well. Met many friendly locals there, which was nice. Shopping, museums, parks and many activities right outside the door. Lovely city!! Highly recommend this place and it's affordable.

Very cosy Gasthaus located in a very vivid area of Graz. The hotel/restaurant has a very traditional look and serve very tasty Austrian food. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was fine.

With the very high temperature of those days, air conditioning would have been useful. Otherwise, I liked everything of the place. I liked the breakfast though some sweet food options would be nice.

Location is excellent, just a few minutes from the centre of Graz. I also had the opportunity to enjoy very nice dinners at the restaurant downstairs. Staff is very friendly.

1. Reported a stuck sink plug in the evening but was told by staff that nobody was available to fix it. When I reported it a second time in the morning it was quickly fixed. 2. Absolutely the worst shower experience of any hotel ever (apart from a bathroom in Tibet that didn't have plumbing!). Walk-in shower with no door, only a shower curtain made of plastic designed for hanging in a bath. Impossible to stop it sticking to one's body while showering. No drain in the floor, so obliged to use this curtain.

Nice room with homely touches and attractive decor. Just over the river from the old town, with good places to eat and drink (including the hotel itself)

I loved everything. The only issue was that the bathroom basin was slow to drain.

Fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk to the steps leading up to the Schlossberg and about 7 minutes to the main platz. The breakfast was incredible. The restaurant inside was like a museum, full of interesting artefacts. It was quaint and authentic. The food was exceptional. The restaurant was busy at all times which is testament to the delicious food. The serves are VERY generous.
