Situated in a tranquil residential neighbourhood, it’s just a 10–15 minute drive from shopping centres, service stations, and other essential amenities. A playground lies a short stroll away, and the gentle, slow-moving traffic makes afternoon family walks especially enjoyable. The area benefits from strong mobile coverage, and the Wi-Fi proved fast and reliable. Although there are serious issues to address, the home’s modern facilities indicate it could offer a truly comfortable stay.”
