“I asked the reception if I can park on the back carpark she said yes just to touch the hotel card and if it is not working ring them. Hence I drive into the carpark bay with another hotel staff’s help, and when I come back to reception, asking about the parking fee, she change her tone said we can not park inside and she keep saying “I don’t know what’s your saying” I spoke English all the time, I don’t know why she said that… make me feel speechless.. and when we asked if we have to move the car, she said yes we have to move and few seconds later she said no need to move that really confuse. She said we should to pay $35 per stay. We were originally going to ask about how to pay for parking. But she seemed to imply that we wanted to park there for free. initially, it was actually about how to pay for parking.
