My carpark was tiny, and my car only just fit into the car park. I had to climb into the back seat of my car to get out.

The location was the best part about this trip. The accommodation was on the older side but the size of the apartment was excellent. And the view, just amazing, our verandah overlooked Coogee Beach.

After heavy rain there was a large wet area on the carpet in the lounge - the window looks like it needs replacing/resealing. The sofas were both quite stained/discoloured which was a shame as the rest of the furniture was of a good quality.

The apartment is older and could use a facelift/repaint. Beds are not very comfortable.

Location is fantastic with views of the ocean. Coffee shop, mini mart, and a multitude of restaurants. You can basically walk across the street and jump into the water.

The room was a little tired. Sections of the carpet cut out and replaced. Couches a bit stained. But probably the price took these issues into account.

The entrance to the apartment was initially through the garage which was dirty and dark Then entry was gained through a side door that was hard to open due to key and door jamming Could put a nicer door onto the street , felt like you was going threw a plant room door The apartment was very dated, air conditioning was broken, fans and portable air conditioning unit supplied but just threw out hot air from the back Carpet was dirty, stained and like patchwork new bits added over time

Very clean but strong smell of rancid cooking oil. Bare minimum of supplies eg towels & toiletries. Reception not onsite on w/ends, book in only between 2-4pm weekdays

Unfortunately our room had a horrible smell of Asian food or some sort of foods maybe coming from downstairs, not sure but we kept everything shut but that’s the only downfall.

The parking garage was awful. We had a relatively small rental car but still had difficulty managing the parking garage.

general cleanliness of the apartment could use a bit of extra elbow grease. Aircon was hit and miss, worked well in common areas but not in bedrooms.

Some of the beds uncomfortable. Air conditioner didn't reach all bedrooms efficiently, and the timer kept turning it off in the night and we had to keep restarting it. Otherwise air conditioner was fine.

The location was absolutely amazing, stunning view and had plenty of space for all of us to be in as well as wasnt hard to get into the city as the bus stations were very close to us.

Only had fans in one of the bedrooms and the other 2 were very stuffy, the aircon was so loud it was hard to sleep with it on. There were renovations in the building which were so loud during the day it was impossible to relax or for our toddler to nap. Would have been considerate to tell guests ahead of time considering the price of the stay!

Great location and apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking is available which is great for the busy location but is a tight fit for a large car.

The AC continuously tripped over our stay, which caused issues. The building was undergoing renovations, which caused some issues. Entry to this building is not disability friendly at all with stairs to navigate to get to the lifts. Please check all keys issued work. We arrived around 2pm and were issued two sets of keys. We left site to food shop, and our group split into two. When we arrived back at site we discovered one set of keys didn't work. Thankfully, this was discovered minutes before reception closed at 4pm on Friday. One set didn't open our unit door. Thankfully, the staff member was still onsite when we realised and was able to swap for us. Otherwise, our group of 6 would have been reduced to one key for a weekend. There is no reception staff onsite on weekends. Carpark is tight.

King had two singles pushed together with ridge in middle. Not comfortable. Could use a portable fan in second bedroom instead of a/c.
