Being a self contained apartment, it didn’t quite have all the pots, bowls and utensils needed. However, we did manage. Well maintained pool, but unfortunately there was no open space or lounge chairs within the pool area to lounge about.

Spacious one bedroom apartment with a huge bathroom and balcony. The fact they had a buggy, was a great bonus.

Cleanliness was satisfactory but could be better. Some of the cupboards have bits falling off them. Kitchen was ok.

Lovely property in a great location. Very spacious. Having the buggy was the best thing.

The space could have been cleaned better. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean, however the bedding on the sofa bed was not clean. Even though we didn't originally plan on using it, we felt it should have been clean in case we changed our minds which we did. The little golf cart seemed really weak compared to other ones we saw at the same property:) The BBQ looked hooked up to a gas line, but it didn't work.

The location was excellent as it was just up the hill from the marina. The kitchen was well appointed and the patio was lovely. The staff was excellent and very helpful. It was a nice touch to be picked up and driven back to the airport.

The apartment had everything I needed. It seemed like it needed a bit of perking up though. A new bed, more towels provided, a bit of a refresh. The buggy didn’t charge very well and left me feeling nervous it would run out of battery going up the hill

We love to sleep in a king size bed, however the bed supplied was a small queen (or large double). The sheets on it were obviously for a king size, there was acres of them to tuck in!😂 Maybe a complimentary little carton of milk and a couple of teabags to get us started might have been a nice touch, but not essential. Really don’t have any serious complaints, would definitely stay there again!

The location was central to everything, great spot! Having a buggy supplied was fantastic! Having a pool at the apartments was very convenient when you didn’t feel like venturing too far.

Loved the spa bath in the bathroom and the use of the buggy was very useful to get around Hamilton.

bbq broken, not enough linen. helpful if golf buggy had battery indication. cupboards have damage from shelves broken. no wheel chair access. room cleanliness was poor, bin had food under bin liner, toilet door/ wall was dirty/ dusty, no lid on bin in toilet, storage cupboard and laundry were dusty and require vac and mop.

Unit needs maintenace. Door to balcony lock was broken so unable to lock door. Toilet seat in main bathroom would not stay up and towel rack was broken.

The unit was spacious and clean but certainly needed some maintenance. Having the use of a buggy was very handy but being 5 of us and buggy only seats 4 we always had to do 2 trips.
