Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The wall of the shower had hair of a previous stayer all over it, it was obvious the shower hadn't been cleaned.
The guest laundry was a fantastic addition and the check-in process was very easy.

I am always looking for fresh air through windows, expect it is a security matter so sadly very rarely available

No kitchenette, only a microwave next to the bathroom sink and a refrigerator so small that I could barely put in a bottle of wine, and the cupboard enough for a couple of mugs and two glasses - the plates were on top of the fridge.
Location is very convenient with shops and cafes just a short stroll away.

The toilet had trouble flushing and their was bread crumbs all over the toaster.
I loved the location as its a great walk to everything you would need.

Our unit had a kitchen-in-bathroom situation (one sink & area for both personal grooming and washing up), which was a bit inconvenient, especially when someone was brushing their teeth while another person wanted to get something out of the fridge... but we were only staying one night to break up a road trip, so not the worst. It was a public holiday, so there was some confusion with reception opening times, but everything was prepared for our arrival; contactless check-in and check-out were a breeze.
We liked the neat and tidy rooms with adequate space and doors between main and secondary sleeping areas for privacy. There was a bbq in the common area, so we were able to prepare a nice hot dinner after spending a day on the road. The motel is conveniently located in walking distance to groceries and cafés. Would consider this property again for a stopover.

all ok
The staff were helpful when we retrieved some cutlery we had left in the room...a week later. Thank you for that. The accommodation was pretty basic but satisfactory for our needs for a one night stay. Great location in the heart of Bairnsdale town centre

I’m sure it will be lovely when the renovations are finished. Didn’t see any staff. Mattress was pretty hard & pillows were so flat
So thankful for somewhere to stay on a long weekend in Victoria Appeared to be mid renovation It was nice to step back in time and to reminisce about the 70-80’s - the chunky blankets were just like my nanna had when I was a kid.

The room is dirty and with damage that the manager will not remedy after multiple requests. Poor housekeeping, and noisy cars.

Didn't sleep very well, bed felt comfortable but every move one of us made the other person felt. Shower, toilet area very small, then wash basin is in next area along with fridge, kettle and kitchen facilities, wardrobe is also in this area. Fine for one night but wouldn't want to stay any longer
Location is great, older motel, our room looked to have been recently painted. Clean and tidy, value for money and fine for an overnight stay.
