Mattress was uncomfortable felt the springs in the single beds. Lack of kitchen utensils. No scissors or any plastic plates or cups for kids. Lots of construction noise from neighbouring properties. Unit in general really needs updating, very rusted, and worn. Some decent curtains in bedrooms as they don't have aircon in bedrooms and the rooms really heat up from the afternoon sun.

Pool, spa and grounds were very tidy and maintained well. Location to the beach was excellent.

That it stated a room for 3 but only had a double bed and an inflation bed for the 3rd person which was uncomfortable a deflated during the night...slept on couch after that. Also when using the balcony or doors were open there was a strong smell of weed, which is not great with young kids around. Lucky we were out most of the time.

Kitchen need some decent utensils- only one saucepan was available and the handle was briken. The common toilet looked very old, discoloured and the seat material is peeling off making it hard for kids to use it.

Minimal facilities, some basic things were not provided like tissue box, dish scrubber, cleaning cloth. Parking entry was very low for people carrier - 8 seater car. Manhole cover and shower door were broken in bathroom.

Main bed room bed smelled strange not bad but strange and vacuum wasn’t working we had to brush with hand and something out of there hands was construction around the building

No wifi and no bedding for 5th person were provided on the first day of arrival. Flush of one of the bathroom wasnt working properly for two days. Checking in wasnt so easy on a Sunday with noone at reception which we understand there was a major office change was going around at the time. Requested compensation for the inconvenience of family of 5 are to be provided $60 and with no further updates via email and not yet been compensated even after 2 weeks.

Beautiful location, spacious rooms, ocean view was pretty cool.

Online check in was useless for you still need to check in again upon arrival via phone( weekend check in ). Did not accommodate us even 15mins before the usual check in time wherein the envelope with the key was already in the safety locker and told the one over the phone that we travelled from NSW. Only one aircon for the whole unit, very hot in the evening, wasn’t able to sleep comfortably.

There was only one aircon in the apartment, so in extreme heat I feel the bedrooms would be very hot.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating, everything needed for the stay was supplied. The apartment was very roomy with great views and only a couple minutes walk to the beach.

The thin roller blinds in the lounge and bedroom. I had to sleep with a mask on as they did not reduce the light at all and in the lounge I could not have them down and the sliding door open as they banged on the frame. I had to have them down to see the TV but even then they weren't enough to reduce the glare to see the TV. Curtains block out and sheers would be a much better option and would make this apartment perfect

The view from apartment 1103 was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were classy. I could hear the waves rolling in from the beach. They allowed me to store my luggage upon check out. Really close to the tram at Northcliffe and Northcliffe Life savers club. Pool and spa looked great. Overall the facility was very well maintained. Rocking chair was a nice relaxing touch. I didn't want to leave
