The shower head flipped down and I had to hold it up to get water on me. Everything else was working well.

There wasn’t inside the apartment. Needed more cleaning products. Wasn’t as clean as I would have liked.

The location was excellent and central to what we needed. Rooms spacious. Beds comfy. Pool bbq and spa were very picturesque

Smell of Indian cooking. Found Kitchen equipment not all clean when put away. Missing kitchen equipment such as microwave containers.

It was a bit away from restaurants. You can walk to the shopping centre. There is a bus stop out front and heaps of cabs.

It was nice and quiet. Lock up secure parking. Steps up to the room from the car park. No lift, you can go in front door, probably 8 steps. Then it's flat to the rooml if you book the ground floor. Lovely pool and BBQ area, which overlooks canal. 1 bed has ensui5e and queen bed. The other twin beds and separate toilet and shower.

Alex was very nice and helpful in answering our questions regarding the places to go. We were also grateful that he personally handed us the keys to our room and gave us instructions even if it was a late check-in time

The second bedroom smelt funky (BO) seemed to be one of the beds . The crockery cupboard smelt like something died in there .Could do with some more basic for long stays , bin liners, etc

The view was lovely, the accommodation was lovely, we enjoyed our stay. Can't comment on staff as we never met the staff, but they did ring us regarding check in time and seemed very nice, left us keys and instructions

The air-conditioning unit was quite dusty as were some of the fixtures. This is easily remedied however it did impact our stay through the need to purchase antihistamines for a family member.

The apartment was roomy enough for us all to be comfortable. Location was amazing and central to where we wanted to be. The beds were also comfortable which can sometimes be a gamble with holiday accommodation.

If they could mention about shampoo, washing liquid etc was just for the first couple of days of use people can prepare.

The staff was very helpful. The swimming pool was a great value too

The room is in a serious need of renovation. It is not enough to put a few new pieces of furniture and hide the old chipped ones in wardrobes. The decor is very outdated. It looks like the decorations were purchased at the garage sales. The kitchen utensils looked old and unclean. We didn't use them

The location of the property was great. The gardens are well maintained, the pool and the area around it were clean and well equipped.

Main bedroom bed was not the most comfortable. As there is no lift in the building people must be able to handle several flights of stairs

On arrival staff were welcoming and helpfull. Location was ideal for our trip, beds in both bedrooms were used and acceptable, TV had great range of chanels available. Secure and easily accessible parking and easy walk to great little shopping centre. View from room was great out over the pool & BBQ area.

Little bit far from surfers and bus only comes every hr to tram stop at Southport.

Facilities were excellent. Room had a wonderful view. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Reception staff were friendly.

Unfortunately, we had a top floor apartment, and there was no lift. This meant six flights of stairs to climb. The units are getting a little 'tired' and in need of some TLC, but it suited our needs
