Pool being at the front didn't feel private but otherwise good

Perfect right on the beach walking distance to the shops. Owners are lovely, genuine, down to earth and thoughtful. One of the owners was going to surprise us by make my daughter a cake for her birthday but we had to leave a day early for personal reasons, so thoughtful and kind.

We were so spoilt and loved the apartment, it was so luxurious. We were so lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment and the staff were so friendly. We even had a welcome gift and greeting letter dropped at our door. (The homemade biscuits were scrumptious.)

A fair bit of road noise. Insufficient toiletries. Officious rules about vacuuming and emptying rubbish. Charge of $4 for beach tiles.

All was amazing!

The unit was very clean and tidy with a lovely view of Caloundra and the jetty. The caretakers,Jodie and Nick were so welcoming and kind. Upon arriving I told Jodie that we were celebrating my husband's birthday that weekend. The next day Jodie and Nick knock on the door with a beautifully made flourless chocolate cake to mark the occasion. It was so greatly appreciated and such a wonderful surprise! The apartment was a lot bigger than I expected and it was a great price for the location.

The parking process may be a bit tricky for us, at first. But it safe and takes getting used to.

The hosts were hospitable. The unit was clean, and the facilities, tools, gadgets are in good condition, tidy and organised. Walking path along the beach is just across. There are shops nearby too. There may be no air-conditioning in the bedrooms, as described in the booking app, the AC in the lounge helped to make our stay comfortable.

Parking arrangement in the garage and using a key everywhere instead of swiping card is a bit outdated

Nice interior design with a beachy vibe, close to everything, lots of space and good layout of the apartment, cleanliness, comfortable beds and beautiful service with a personal touch :)

A few items were outdated but mostly were good.

Room was well equipped and was very spacious. Deck was awesome and was a great view Location is close to beach and Shopping Centre, Cafe's and restaurants are only 3mins drive.

The road outside could be a bit noisy and difficult to cross at times but not a big deal.

Apartment was a generous size with large balcony. Plenty of crockery etc. in kitchen so not washing up continually. Comfortable beds. Loved the homemade bikkies from Nick and Jodie.

Our hosts at Belvedere apartments were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a three bedroom second floor apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped with everything required for short or long stays. The view from the large front balcony looks straight at the beach and local park which has large shady trees and excellent facilities for families. The small shopping strip has grocery, pharmacy, news agent and bottle shops, and several excellent restaurants and cafes. There are excellent beach footpath walks in both directions. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return.

A few little maintenance issues with our unit such as the air conditioner not working very well. We had a dripping tap and a toilet roll holder that kept falling off.

The location of the unit was excellent. It was large and very clean with everything in it that we needed. The Managers, Jodie and Nick, were so friendly and went above and beyond even making us a homemade birthday cake and biscuits.

The venue had great views and locality. The staff members with whom I interacted were oustanding. The apartment had all I needed to make my stay enjoyable.
