No oven in the apartment, so had to rely on a microwave - the cooktop did not work.

Excellent view, beautiful beach and close to other patrolled areas of the beach strip. Water was perfect, 27 degrees Celsius. Easy walk from our accomodation to their 'only' tram route. Caught the bus from Coolongatta Airport to this tram connection and 4 stops later was in Surfers Paradise, then an easy walk to our accomodation. Did the reverse on our way back, so easy. Did not hire a car, just took the tram!

We rented 2 apartments for 10 people for a week and they gave us 1 towel each. But after a good conversation they did give us more. And their cleaners need to check all drawers.

The location is excellent as it’s right on the beach and close walking distance to the centre.

I disliked nothing, really enjoyed our three night stay.

Fabulous waterfront location, late check in facilitated. The views from the apartment were fantastic, seconds walk from the beach, what a beach. Every thing you could need in an apartment was provided, and secure underground car park 👍👍

No matter the rate we paid our unit could have done with a really good clean. The level of cleaning between guests did leave a fair amount to be desired and should not be reflected in the rates charged. Cleaning is cleaning!

The property was in a fantastic location. We had great views and having the beach at our doorstep was great. Just a short walk into Surfers Paradise. The Unit is a little dated in its furniture etc but for the rate we paid it was also great value.

Unable to communicate with staff most of the time. We had one towel each for the whole stay and it would’ve helped to have a change at some point, rather than have to use the washing machine. Another example is checking in/out, as guest book states working hours were 9-4 but we did not check in or out with anyone in person.

The location was amazing, especially for its value. Close proximity to everything needed.

Both bathrooms were outdated, 1 was very outdated. We had the ground floor expecting to access the beach directly from our room however the gates were out of order

The style of the apartment was a little dated and the ensuite could have been a little cleaner.

The location was amazing! Right on the beach with direct access. The boardwalk was also direct access, with Cavill Avenue only a 6 minute walk away. From the 7th floor, we had a 180 degree view of the beach - from The Spit to Snapper Rocks.

Toilet brush not clean at arrival...this was really disgusting. I cleaned it. There is also insects inside roof lamps, and bathroom aération is full of dust.

We had to have an extra bed and this unfortunately was not up to standard. It was quite old and very uncomfortable.

Being able to work straight out the door and onto the beach walk was fantastic. No waiting in lifts.

Location! This accommodation was perfect as it is directly at the beach. There were no roads to cross and the patrolled beach zone was in front of the complex. There was a walking/cycling pathway in front and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Amazing views from all rooms in the unit.

Location, location, location! Property was on the doorstep of Surfers Paradise Beach. Short stroll up the footpath to Cavill Avenue and many activities to choose from.  Clean kitchen and cooking amenities. Comfy beds, and great family lounge room. Property has nice pool and sauna. Great family getaway. Will be back! .
