The “spa bath” didn’t match the pictures when I had booked. Was quite hard to get in/out for a shorter person. The bed was really uncomfortable, kept falling into a groove from a previous person

I dislike the shower set up. An open shower is a pain because water gets all over the floor. Slip hazards then follow. The shower head pipe gets in the way and I frequently bumped my shoulders or head on it. It's a poor design.

I had seen something on a website about breakfast being available for $20pp. The only breakfast was in-room service and was quite expensive so we did not use it.

We had a later check in than expected (approx. 8.30pm) due to Spirit of Tasmania arriving late. The hotel was able to accommodate this and were still friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Good location.

Personally I hate mimsy little cups for tea and coffee. I like a mug of tea in the morning before I set off. Also I'd have liked some bigger glasses. Because it was Monday and not much was open I ended up having dinner delivered. I had a couple of cans of beer left over from my trip that I cooled in the room fridge. It would have been nice to have some slightly bigger glasses to drink out of

I had been in Tasmania and traveled on the day service from Devonport. I did not want to drive home to far NE Victoria (~350km) in the dark so i booked a motel. Turned out to be a good choice as the ferry was late docking. I'd emailed the hotel warning I might be late and they arranged an after hours key pickup. When I arrived just before reception closed they went and got my keycard out of the late pickup box for me. a little thing but nice

The fridge in the kitchen had a faulty seal so was not cold, otherwise everything else was fine.

It had much more traffic noise than I remember. My room (which I’ve had a couple times on previous stays) was on the corner facing the main highway and traffic was loud literally all (Friday) night unfortunately.

I have stayed here many times previously and it’s in a great location, plus the friendliest staff make it worth coming back to from the other side of Melbourne.

The beds were super soft and the location of the inn was easy to find. The rooms were clean as well and provided us with everything we needed for a two-night stay.

The power points were too low to the floor which meant that I couldn’t sit at the table while using my laptop, and had to sit at the bench.

Convenient location for the Tasman ferry. Very good sized room. Plenty of parking capacity.
