Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No on-site restaurant which I understand is trying to be sorted.
Great location with all the amenities a family needs. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils.

Rooms are fine, a little dated but the location makes up for it. It would be good if the restaurant was open, or at least a coffee shop.
Location of the creek was good, and use of Kayaks. The pool and BBQs where good too.

It feels as though it’s a decade behind current holiday resorts.
The pool is by far the best part of this place.

The facility was absolutely amazing but I did not give a "happy face" score under the facility heading as there were no cafes or restaurants, on the facility grounds, which we were expecting, although the kitchen in the suite was more than adequate for our cooking needs.
Our suite was large and roomy and clean. We were happy to see that the deck was screened in to prevent unwanted pests from coming in. We also enjoyed the ceiling fans for keeping us cool, and having in-suite laundry was a huge bonus.

There are a few repairs still happening from past weather events. They did not interfere to much with our experience
Our unit was very well equipped and very comfortable. The resort was very relaxing and had plenty to offer if you wanted to keep busy!! There is a very nice Indian restaurant !! The pool was lovely and the games room was heaps of fun. We realy enjoyed the no under 18's party room . The local drinking holes have courtesy buses that will pick you up .

Facilities were meh. Also, it would be better to have clearer instructions on how to access equipment. I ended up paying to canoe on the river, not realising it's free for guests of the resort.
The staff were pleasant and the location was beautiful.

Our washer/dryer wouldn’t dry our clothes but we stayed multiple nights so we’re able to hang clothes over furniture.
Everything you need in one place, from dining to activities. if there is anything that you did need like groceries or shopping, it is a very short drive to town or the beach.

Check in starts too late. The pool was shut 2 of the 4 days we were there. The reception hours are too short. We wanted to go to the sauna just after 5pm but because the only access keys were at reception we couldn't go.

The cafe and restaurant could have been open more. Having to answer all these questions is annoying.

Beds r a bit uncomfortable. I bought up a topper as last time the bed wasn’t good. I tried the pull out for an afternoon nap. Definitely couldn’t sleep on that.

The bar / adult area was a little old and jaded and could do with an upgrade. The indoor spa was not operational. I found both the bed and the sofa bed to be rather uncomfortable. Whilst I can appreciate that smoking is not acceptable in the resort, the one small smoking area at the front of the premises is not really sufficient. Perhaps and area at the rear too would help. Additionally, I don't think it is very pleasant for guests to arrive and immediately see the smoking area! The Wi Fi connectivity at the property was very hit and miss, regardless of your location within the resort.
The rooms were clean and had great facilities. The outside Pool area was great.

Really expensive. I consider the one bedroom apartment to be a studio apartment and good for 2 people. The pull-out couch bed is not comfortable - even for a child. The bedroom door is useless and fails to blocks light or sound . Lots of noise and light from garage and people carting luggage.
Lovely location and recommend canoeing and pool. The kitchenette included microwave which was great, but not proper oven. No restaurant facility so I think apartments really need to have full kitchen.
